    Dan Schatt heads financial innovations for PayPal. In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing on the business and product strategy for PayPal's initiatives with financial and loyalty partners. Prior to PayPal, Schatt was an industry analyst with Celent, and led the company's retail payments practice. Prior to his role as industry analyst, he served as GM of Yodlee's data services group, responsible for integrations with top tier financial institutions. Before Yodlee, Schatt worked as an investment banker for Salomon Smith Barney and held positions in Asia, Europe, and Africa with Citigroup. Schatt has been widely quoted in the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Business Week, and has also written articles for American Banker and Bank Systems & Technology. He has presented at national and international venues, including the United Nations Development Program Roundtable on Remittances, the World Bank / APEC Dialogue on Remittance Systems, NACHA's Annual Payments Conference, BAI's Retail Delivery conference, and The Internet Retailer conference. Schatt received a dual MBA (Finance) and MIA (International Economic Policy) from Columbia University and a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara.

    Stephen Drees is Managing Principal, Financial Services - Global Consulting at Acxiom. In this role Stephen advises clients on issues of strategy, media/channel optimization, customer loyalty and total customer experience.Prior to joining Acxiom, Drees held roles as Managing Partner of The Allegiant Group, Inc., Managing Director of Harte-Hanks and President and CEO of Quantum Loyalty Systems. Stephen has also held executive marketing and product positions with leading retail banks and card issuers. His areas of expertise include affinity/co-brand marketing, customer loyalty, experience and engagement, new product/solution ideation and creation.Stephen holds an M.S. in management and strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management College of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.�

    Joanna has over 26+ years of business and marketing experience ranging from Fortune 500 experience to early start-ups and bootstrap companies. Her passion is to identifying customer problems and then solve them by applying technology �when and where� it intersects the real world. Her recent focus is centered around mobile users and shoppers, their behavior and expectations, and the applicability and effectiveness of targeted micro/nano marketing to these users.

    Steve leads efforts with Financial Institutions and other major partners at edo. Steve is focused on working with leading financial institutions and channel partners to deliver valuable targeted offers to their customers using the latest technology. He is also the general manager of edo�s New York office. Prior to his role at edo, Steve ran Woodbury Advisors LLC, a payments consultancy he founded. Steve was CEO of Mobile Money Ventures, a JV funded by Citigroup and SK Telecom, that was acquired by Intuit in 2011, and has held senior roles at Citi and JP Morgan Chase in their retail banking and credit card units. Steve earned his B.A. in Political Science at State University of New York and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Baruch College.

    Sean Harper

    Sean Harper is a Director of Product Management for Groupon Payments. He joined Groupon in 2012 when Groupon acquired FeeFighters, a company that he co-founded in 2010. The technology that Sean and his team developed at FeeFighters became the basis for Groupon Payments, which launched nationally in September 2012. Prior to starting FeeFighters, Sean worked at two early stage venture capital firms, was a management consultant at BCG and co-founded TSS-Radio, an online retailer that was ranked #94 on the Inc. 500 in 2009. Sean earned an AB in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago and lives in Chicago.

    A 20-year veteran of the merchant payments industry, Dodd Roberts is a member of the executive leadership team for the Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX), working with more than 30 national retailers in an unprecedented effort to bring a merchant- and consumer-friendly mobile-commerce platform to the marketplace.Prior to MCX, he spent 14 years in various payment-industry posts. He’s also the former President and CEO of the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG). While leading the MAG, Dodd was a vocal advocate for merchants, representing the merchant community on several industry boards and committees.

    Matt Scarborough has led Bridgeforce, multi-national consulting firm focusing on consumer and small business lending and payments, to new levels of client services, expanding resources to both broaden and deepen capabilities. Through his vision and leadership courage, Matt has expanded the Bridgeforce reach, adding new business segments and geographies to the company portfolio and greatly increasing both the scope and the scale of problem-solving and plan implementation services the company can provide.Prior to becoming CEO Matt led the company’s international and capital markets practices, whose clients include some of the world’s largest banks and investment firms. Matt started his career at MBNA and subsequently was the founding CEO of EnsuredMail, a software company that provided security solutions for banking, healthcare, and governmental agencies.�
