    Christopher Trepel, Ph.D. is a Partner at Fenway Summer, LLC and the Chief Credit Officer of FS Card Inc. In these roles, he manages FS Card�s credit team and augments classic credit underwriting and financial product development with cutting edge behavioral science. Chris previously served as Chief Scientific Officer at Encore Capital Group where he led the Decision Science team and founded the Consumer Credit Research Institute, a multidisciplinary, research-based effort to understand subprime credit consumer financial behavior. The group�s research has been presented at major scientific and trade conferences and showcased in the national press.Prior to Encore, Chris was a Vice President within Wells Fargo�s Enterprise Risk Management division, and also filled a strategic and analytic role within the bank�s Consumer Credit Group.
