    BRANAN�W. COOPER�is senior vice president and director of Third Party Risk Management for The Bancorp Bank.�Mr. Cooper has nearly thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on management of internal processes and controls—most notably in the area of third-party risk and operational compliance.Prior to his tenure at The Bancorp, Mr. Cooper served in a variety of senior management positions with MBNA America where he spent the first eighteen years of his post-graduate career, in addition to roles at Western Alliance Bancorp, Comcast and Bridgeforce, including leadership roles within bank operations, marketing, compliance and acquisitions. He completed his career at MBNA as an Executive Vice President working as part of the risk management / compliance integration team as the company was acquired by Bank of America.�Mr. Cooper received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, and completed the�Graduate School of Retail Bank Management�(Consumer Bankers Association) and the�Graduate School of Compliance Management�(American Bankers Association).

    Wayne A. Abernathy is executive vice president for financial institutions policy and regulatory affairs at the American Bankers Association. Previously he served as assistant secretary of the Treasury for financial institutions and as staff director of the Senate Banking Committee.

    Kala Gibson is Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking for Fifth Third Bank. He oversees the strategic planning and sales force delivery / effectiveness for the Line of Business. This segment of� Business Banking serves clients up to $10MM in annual revenues, across 1300 financial centers, and 12 states.�Gibson joined Fifth Third Bank in 2011 as Senior Vice President and Business Banking Executive for the Eastern MI affiliate.� There he was responsible for the performance and sales delivery across 8 counties in Southeastern MI.With 24 years of banking experience, Gibson started his career at Comerica Bank. He held numerous positions in Retail Banking, Community Banking, Small Business Banking (Group Manager), Middle Market (Credit Officer), Asset Based Lending and Credit Administration.�Kala received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.� He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University.Kala has received numerous awards, including the Michigan Chronicle’s “Men of Excellence” award and Crain’s Detroit Business “40 Under 40” award.�Kala Gibson is an executive and finance committee member for the Charles H. Wright Museum of African - American History Board. He is a member of the Business Banking Executive Circle and the Consumer Banker Association (CBA) - Small Business Committee.� Kala is currently serving as a member of the Cincinnati ArtsWave Regional Review Committee. Kala is also a past president of the Urban Financial Services Coalition - Detroit Chapter and national board member.��

    Phil Hains is the Business Underwriting Manager at First Citizens Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina.� He has been with First Citizens Bank for 24 years in a variety of credit, policy and line leadership roles.� He has been the leader of the Banks Business Central Underwriting group since January of this year.� First Citizens has 36 small business and business underwriters decisioning loans with exposures of up to $ 2 million.� Phil is Credit Risk Certified through RMA.� In his spare time he enjoys running, golfing, yard work and taking walks with his wife Liz.� They have two grown children. �

    Tony Jardieu is the Commercial Credit Lead Expert for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC) Southern District. He serves as a resource to bankers and examiners on commercial credit issues, is active in outreach and training activities, and participates in credit assignments for the OCC. He also serves on the OCC’s Southern District Risk Committee and the National Commercial Credit Committee.Prior to the OCC, Mr. Jardieu was an Assistant Director for the Office of Thrift Supervision with regulatory responsibility for numerous financial institutions.�Mr. Jardieu received his B.S. in Accounting from Le Moyne College and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

    Jerry is responsible for many of Lattice’s most strategic client relationships. �With over 15 years of B2B sales and marketing strategy and analytics experience, Jerry’s role encompasses senior executive advisory services focused on driving and leading successful predictive analytics programs and organizations, along with analytics solution design, leadership over solution and analytics delivery for his customers, and value and impact measurement. � �Jerry also has significant operating experience in analytics, having built and successfully led customer analytics for a $2.2 billion division of Thomson Reuters Financial, where Jerry and his analytics group were honored with the CFO’s award for innovation and business impact. � �Prior to Thomson Reuters, Jerry advised Fortune 500 and other enterprise clients on sales, marketing and analytics strategy as a senior engagement management in Accenture’s strategy practice.Jerry has an MBA from Columbia Business School (Dean’s List), a JD from George Washington Law School (Law Review), and a BA in Political Science (Honors) from the University of Michigan.

    As CFO at Uwharrie Capital and its bank, David is responsible for the overall management of the finance, accounting and human resources departments. Promoted five times in his decade-long tenure, his contributions included managing the bank’s investment portfolio and streamlining operational efficiencies and system/process automation. He graduated from Pfeiffer University with a degree in accounting and business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in marketing. In 2014, David earned a master’s degree in business administration from East Carolina University. Last year, he was appointed to the inaugural North Carolina Bankers Association’s Young Banker’s Council.
