    As the founder and President of Agility Advisors, LLC, Lauren�s passion is in working with public accounting firms to tackle three of the greatest obstacles facing the profession: (1) developing the next generation of firm leaders, (2) preparing for transition and succession, and (3) creating purposeful, sustainable growth.Lauren�s specific expertise at an organizational level is in working with mid-sized and large public accounting firms to: develop and retain talented accounting professionals, construct and optimize client service plans, facilitate strategic planning, and to form, implement and execute business development and growth strategies.Lauren�s specific expertise at an individual level is in: providing client relationship, leadership and professional skills coaching to ignite a leadership revolution across the industry and to facilitate the evolution of well-rounded and progressive firm leaders.Prior to founding Agility, Advisors, LLC, Lauren served Sageworks, Inc. as the Director of ProfitCents Professional Services (PPS), a team of specialized coaches and consultants. During this time, Lauren also led the Advisory Services � Partnership Firms Group at Sageworks, Inc., overseeing a team of consultants responsible for working with the company�s Top 100 CPA firm clients and assisting the company�s Product and Finance Teams in the development of new and innovative solutions for addressing the rapidly changing needs and professional standards of the accounting industry.A frequent speaker and guest author, Lauren has developed the curriculum for many NASBA accredited Continuing Professional Education [CPE] courses and has taught over 5,000 hours of in-person and web-based CPE courses to individual accounting firms as well as to groups of accounting professionals during industry conferences.Lauren regularly leads forums and focus groups within accounting associations and between firms of similar size and scope to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices across the industry.

    David is a Forensic Accountant with over twenty years of experience serving the legal and financial services communities.� He is responsible for providing law firm clients with litigation consulting services including conducting investigations, providing expert witness testimony, damage calculations and performing due diligence reviews.� Prior to starting his own practice, David spent four years at a risk management advisory firm as Associate Director of their Fraud Risk Management practice and over thirteen years with global public consulting firms focusing on litigation and forensic services.�David is the former Chairman of the New York State Society of CPAs Litigation Services Committee and has served the AICPA�s Anti-Fraud Task Force, developing practice aids for forensic professionals.� In addition to assisting his clients, David has authored numerous articles about fraud and accounting issues, and has spoken before groups of bankers, attorneys and other professionals on these subjects.� He is an adjunct instructor at New York University�s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where he teaches courses in auditing, forensic accounting and litigation consulting, and has been a faculty instructor at international conferences for anti-fraud professionals.�

    Thomas has been in the professional CPA world since 1986, bringing a balance of experience from practical firm knowledge to technology expertise. For 14 years he worked in public accounting firms and then moved on to serve in a number of professional capacities. His career accomplishments include Senior Consultant for Thomson Reuters, before coming to CPA.com in July of 2012.�Thomas has spoken with hundreds of firms across the country on topics ranging from very technical to consultative change-management. He enjoys advancing and leading the profession to higher levels of engagement with its clients and hopes to better enable firms to manage the proliferation of increasing levels of client complexity. Coupled with the advent of today�s innovative cloud technologies, Thomas believes we are at a pivotal moment as a profession.�� Additionally Thomas works with firms to assist them in properly on-boarding their clients onto best of breed cloud based technologies such as Bill.com.In his free time, Thomas volunteers at his high school alma mater and enjoys spending time with his two young granddaughters.
