    �Julie Pierce is the Vice President and General Manager of GruntWorx, LLC.� GruntWorx is a Drake Enterprises company and leader in Cloud-based paperless tax workflow systems. Pierce is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience developing large-scale financial software systems. She is responsible for overseeing the GruntWorx organization.Prior to GruntWorx, Pierce was the Vice President of Copanion, the predecessor company of GruntWorx. Pierce has also served as Vice President of Product Development for Bottomline Technologies, a mid-sized public company that provides payment, invoice, and document automation solutions to corporations and financial institutions. She has also held executive and management level positions with other leading vendors including Polaroid Corporation, eVelocity, and Data Clearinghouse.With a background in development of financial services applications of massive scale, Pierce also brings extensive experience in the areas of SAS 70 Type II/SSAE-16 certified solutions, data security and SaaS & Cloud development.Julie Pierce earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Engineering. She resides with her husband and 12 year old son in Hampton, NH where they enjoy boating and camping in the summer and snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter.

    Brian Saunders, CEO of BigTime Software, has spent a decade consulting with small and mid-sized professional services firms and building the highest-rated time and billing�system on the Intuit Marketplace. Before helping found BigTime, Saunders was the CEO of DaVinci Software, one of Chicago�s premier software consulting firms�during the 1990s. DaVinci was on the Crain�s list of "Top Software Firms" and employed 70 consultants the year that Saunders sold the company. Clients included Kraft Foods, Ameritech, Nicor Gas, and Comdisco, as well as several prominent Chicago-area startup firms. Saunders sat on the advisory boards�of several of those startup firms, was a frequent speaker on navigating the technology revolution, and was the entrepreneur-in-residence at DePaul University�s Kellstadt Graduate�School of Business for the final two years of his tenure at DaVinci. Saunders� experience with startup ventures, as well as his years of experience in managing and consulting with�professional services firms, gives him a unique perspective on the changes unfolding in the services arena today.

    Jim McGinnis is the leader of Intuit�s Accountant and Advisor Group.� Jim has led accountant teams since he joined Intuit in 2010 as Vice President of Marketing. His extensive marketing, general management and global experience will be invaluable as the Accountant and Advisor Group continues to serve as a center of excellence for Intuit�s worldwide efforts with accountants.Before Intuit, Jim was EVP and GM of Activision�s $400M Licensed Products Division, where he was responsible for videogames associated with blockbuster movies franchises such as Shrek, Transformers, James Bond, and Spiderman.Prior to his time there, Jim led marketing for PepsiCo�s Tropicana business, where he was responsible for the company�s $3B juice and juice drink portfolio, including the acquisition of Naked Juice in 2009. Earlier in his time at PepsiCo, Jim led marketing for Smiths Snackfood in Australia. Before that, Jim introduced P&G�s detergent portfolio into China and later into Argentina as they expanded globally in the 90�s.Jim received his B.A. from Duke University and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.� He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the Chicago Yacht Club, and leads the Duke Alumni Association in Dallas, TX.� Jim is married and has two young sons, James and Charlie.

    Peter Burke took the lead in creating Best Companies Group in January of 2004 and currently serves as its president and co-founder. Since its inception, Best Companies Group has established over 40 "Best Places to Work," Best Companies" or "Best Employer" programs throughout the United States, Canada, Morocco and now in the U.K. Prior to starting Best Companies Group, Peter spent seven years as the associate publisher for the Central Penn Business Journal in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Peter is an alumnus of Boston College where he received a degree in Economics.

    Jon Roskill serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Acumatica Inc., the fastest-growing vendor of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions in the cloud. Previously, he was the Corporate Vice President of the Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corporation from 2010 to 2013, where he led the teams responsible for Microsoft�s Worldwide Channel of 630,000 partners, as well as associated programs and incentives. From 2004 to 2010, Jon served as Corporate Vice President, Business & Marketing Organization of Microsoft North America, where he led the teams responsible for all marketing activities for Microsoft�s commercial products (everything except Xbox and MSN) � products which produced revenue in excess of $20 billion. He started at Microsoft in 1993 as the product manager of the industry-leading development tool, Visual Basic.�Jon has been a Member of the Board of Governors at Boys & Girls Clubs of America Inc. since 2013, and he is an active investor and advisor in the Northwest start-up scene. Jon received a BSEE Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Boston University.
