Anthony Reed, CPA, PMP is an international speaker and business professional with twenty-five years in management and executive positions for various Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, and large consulting firms. These firms included Texas Instruments, Efficient Networks/Siemens, Motel 6, Frito-Lay, Ernst & Young, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar departmental budgets and staffing blends of international, multi-generational, multi-cultural employees and consultants. He’s been interviewed on radio and webcast programs and featured in the business, travel, and sports sections of major newspapers and publications across the country. This includes the PMI Today, Dallas Morning News, Runner’s World, Southern Living, Ebony, and the Journal of Accountancy. He holds two graduate degrees and two undergraduate degrees. His book, entitled Finding the I in TEAM: Better Team Building Through Individual Building, focuses on building stronger team members. His latest book is Running to Leadership: What Finishing 100+ Marathons on All Seven Continents Teaches Us About Success emphasizes building leaders. He’s completed over one hundred 26.2-mile marathons on all seven continents and in over forty States. This included the frigid Antarctica, Kenya’s dangerous SafriCom Lewa, and China’s Great Wall Marathons. About 300 people in the world had achieved this goal and he’s the first Black. (By comparison, over 2,500 people have reached Mt. Everest’s summit.) Subsequently, his journeys were chronicled in his book, Running Shoes Are Cheaper Than Insulin: Marathon Adventures On All Seven Continents.

Katie Tolin is the marketing director for Ohio-based Rea & Associates, Inc. where she is responsible for marketing, business development, public relations and product management for the firm and its 11 offices. She was named the 2010 Accounting Marketer of the Year by “CPA Practice Management Forum.” Under her leadership, the firm has won 13 Marketing Achievement Awards from the Association for Accounting Marketing along with a silver quill and best of division award from the International Association of Business Communicators. She is currently president-elect of the board of directors for the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Peyton Burch, CPA, CITP, is a senior channel executive with Intacct. He is a nationally recognized expert in managing high-performing value added reseller (VAR) organizations and building high impact relationships with both software publishers and customers. He joined Intacct in October of 2010 and is engaged in Channel Partner sales and enablement efforts. Mr. Burch is a sought-after speaker at AICPA and accounting industry conferences. His firm was awarded Accounting Technology’s Pacesetter designation for seven consecutive years. Mr. Burch is actively involved in the AICPA and the Information Technology Alliance (ITA). Mr. Burch began his career in 1986 as a Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.’s Management Information Consulting Division and went on to lead several prestigious VAR businesses. As President of Houston-based Burch Consultants, he built the firm into a nationally recognized industry leader. As part of the Intacct team, Mr. Burch leverages his strong ties to the CPA and reseller communities to help evolve the Intacct VAR program. Previously, he served as Director of Partner Programs at Deltek.Mr. Burch obtained a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Professional Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1989. Mr. Burch has served on the AICPA Technology Conference Committee for the past six years and as Chairman of the 2008 - 2011 Conferences. He currently leads the ITA Membership Committee and serves on the AICPA CITP Credential Committee. In 2010, he was recognized by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting.

Manny is a founding partner at AXIS Global Partners. AXIS is a consulting firm specializing in the implementation and support of business management software solutions that include accounting, customer relationship management, business intelligence, human resources and warehouse management solutions for small and midsized enterprises. Manny is a member of the AICPA & FICPA and has served on numerous Boards including the Audit Committee of United Way in Miami and Chairperson in the Information Technology Alliance (ITA) Marketing Committee.Manny is a Sage Software Certified consultant who holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from St. Thomas University.
