Howard Mills is a director and chief advisor of the Insurance Industry Group of Deloitte LLP. Mills came to Deloitte after serving as Superintendent of the New York State Insurance Department.

Jamie has led the development of Celent’s innovation framework and has been a major contributor to shaping Celent’s global insurance agenda. His research focuses on IT strategy and the technology challenges facing the European life and pensions market, contributing to the debate around innovation, digital transformation, BPO strategies, the impact of regulation, and, more recently, the emerging fintech arena.

Jackie Morales is the Sr. Vice President of Life Operations for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, with locations in Charlotte, NC, Syracuse, NY, and Farmington, CT. She also served as Sr. Vice President of Retirement Service Solutions for AXA for October 2007 - August 2012. Prior to joining AXA Equitable in 2007, Jackie was the Vice President of Annuity Operation as well as the Vice President of HR Administration for Lincoln Financial Group. She has managed various life and annuity administrative areas as well as numerous strategic corporate projects. Jackie’s areas of expertise include all areas of variable annuity contract and life policy administration, policy creation and implementation, call center, customer relationship management, human resource management, team building, and project management. She has a long-standing commitment to the financial services and insurance industry having worked in banking, life and health insurance, as both a sales agent and as an administrative leader in her 20+-year career. Jackie is a two-time graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a B.A. in Humanities and an MBA specializing in Finance. She is a Series 6 & 26 NASD Registered Principal, and holds the LOMA Associate of Customer Service (ACS) professional designation. She resides in Miami Florida and Charlotte, NC.
