Patrick Albert has more than 12 years of experience in business process automation for financial services, working for companies like Metastorm, which was acquired by OpenText, and is now with eSignLive™ as a business architect. In this position, Patrick plays a strategic role, helping customers identify and prioritize target applications, document technical requirements and map out a strategic enterprise e-signature plan. Through his involvement in dozens of engagements, Patrick has gained a wealth e-signature best practices and lessons learned.

Gregory Casamento is a member of Locke Lord LLP's Board of Directors, co-chair of the Firm’s Business Technology Group and chair of the Firm’s Advertising, Marketing & Social Media Section. As an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, his experience includes litigating Lanham Act disputes, trademark and trade dress infringement claims, unfair competition and false advertising actions, copyright, contract, trade secrets, non-compete and restrictive covenants disputes, and technology issues. In the technology side of his practice, Greg advises clients on a review of their e-business and e-process systems to ensure those systems create admissible and enforceable electronic signatures, contracts and records in accordance with ESIGN and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Greg also assists clients with their e-discovery, e-vaulting, e-contracting, electronic agreements, information management, data security breach, risk management, IP protection and related issues. Carol Murphy is the managing director of Aon Risk Solutions’ Casualty Practice in the Midwest and has developed a national reputation as an innovator in the casualty risk discipline. Murphy also leads Aon’s Loss Portfolio Transactions team. She has established the leading market position in these alternative structures, placing over $300 million of premium among several transactions over two years. Her areas of expertise include credit risks, collateral and strategic risk financing.She chairs Aon’s Women’s International Network, a group working to promote the advancement of women in the insurance industry. Murphy earned her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business . She was named a Woman to Watch by Business Insurance and is a four-time Power Broker award winner from Risk & Insurance magazine.

Francois Leblanc is a Silanis veteran having been with the company for 14 years. In the position of Director of Technical Sales, Francois and his team work closely with customers to help document the technical, business and legal requirements of a solution, identify and prioritize target applications, and map out a strategic enterprise e-signature plan.

Tom Clayton is an Industry Consultant for the Financial Services and Insurance practice within the Enterprise Software business at HP. With more than 25 years of experience in customer communications and document management strategies, Tom is considered an expert and is often called upon to assist with client opportunities. Tom also contributes thought leadership articles for several insurance and financial trade publications and has been a speaker at industry events such as ACORD,Previously, Tom was an Account Manager where he sold enterprise software with a focus on the Insurance industry. Tom was a top performer exceeding his sales quota and reaching the President’s Club each year.
