As National Sales Manager at FSC Securities, she was instrumental in the growth of Broker\/Dealer \nrevenues from $150M to more than $200M.Christine’s role at J.W. Cole Financial, a full-service independent Broker\/Dealer, leverages her experience as a strategic leader. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, she utilizes her relationship management and recruiting expertise to grow the firm’s revenues. Additionally, she employs her industry and marketing experience to develop and expand brand awareness of J.W. Cole Financial.Christine has also served as a consultant for firms and advisors in such critical growth areas as: practice management; marketing; technology solutions; workflow process; and regulatory issues.     In the past 16 years at Fifth Third Bank (and its predecessor Citizens National Bank) Jaleigh has had many roles from running Institutional Services to her current role as Managing Director in the Private Bank and CEO of the bank’s new Family Office. Her varied responsibilities have included individual sales and client service, leading a sales team and developing and executing on strategic vision.Prior to joining the bank, Jaleigh was the partner in charge of the tax department for a Top 40 CPA firm where led the firm’s practice in ERISA consulting, financial and estate planning and tax research.In 2002, Jaleigh founded the Women’s Financial Group for the bank’s top clients and prospects. She is a frequent speaker at both technical tax and financial planning conferences as well as women’s leadership and financial events.Jaleigh received her BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University.

    As lead Corporate Governance and Diversity analyst, Aditi directs Calvert’s research, advocacy and policy work on these important issues. In this role, Aditi has led Calvert’s efforts to promote boardroom diversity including filing Calvert’s 50th board diversity resolution, successfully petitioning the Securities and Exchange Commission to enhance critical board diversity disclosures, and collaborating with a broad coalition of institutional and faith-based investors to advance the issue.In her role, Aditi also spearheads a number of efforts aimed at advancing corporate diversity including promoting the implementation and adoption of the Calvert Women’s Principles®, the first global code of corporate conduct focused on empowering, advancing and investing in women worldwide, by a broad range of public and private entities. As part of these efforts, Aditi has helped develop the Gender Equality Principles Initiative with the City of San Francisco’s Department on the Status of Women and Verité, in an effort to engage companies on advancing women in the workplace. Aditi also worked as part of an advisory group with the United Nations Global Compact and UNIFEM to launch the Women’s Empowerment Principles.Aditi develops and implements sustainable investment guidelines for corporate governance and diversity, which are applied across many of Calvert’s domestic and international mutual funds. Aditi participates in a number of multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at advancing environmental, social, and governance objectives, and frequently writes and speaks on these issues to various internal and external stakeholders. She co-authored both editions of Examining the Cracks in the Ceiling, which looks at the practices of a wide range of companies in the areas of diversity and gender relations.Further, Aditi’s experience includes engaging companies and policy makers on executive compensation, board independence, and privacy issues. Aditi serves as an Advisory Member to the institutional investor-led Diverse Director Database initiative that seeks to develop a pool of diverse talent for corporate boards. Her research focuses on the information and communications technology sector. She earned an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and a BS in International Economics from the University of Florida.

He firmly believes that better design is the cornerstone of all business systems, and he strives to apply that principle to every project, venture, and task.
