    Deborah McWhinney joined in April 2009 as head of the newly created Citi Personal Wealth Management (CPWM) organization. The CWPM business provides a broad range of investment services and has the unique ability to serve a variety of customer segments with varying levels of personal assets.Prior to joining Citi, she was president of Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she helped independent investment advisors grow their businesses more quickly and profitably by building innovative products and services for the fastest growing segment of the financial services industry. She joined Charles Schwab in 2001, and in the following six years served on its management committee, the board of the Charles Schwab Bank, N.A., and the Charles Schwab Foundation board, and was chair of the global risk committee.Ms. McWhinney was an executive vice president at Visa International and served as group president for Engage Media Services. Earlier in her career, McWhinney spent 17 years at Bank of America, where she worked in both corporate and retail banking.Ms. McWhinney was appointed by former President George W. Bush to the board of directors of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) in 2002. She also has served on the White House Fellows regional finalist candidate interview panel for the past three years.She serves on the California Institute of Technology’s Board of Trustees and is on the Advisory Board of UCSF’s Teen and Young Adult Center.Ms. McWhinney received her bachelor's degree from the University of Montana and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. She currently resides in New York City.

    \nMorrison joined Securities America in 2012. As the chief compliance officer, Morrison serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm’s advisory compliance; licensing; communication review; branch office exam; workflow; policies and procedures; surveillance; and client regulatory and inquiry groups. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction to the Compliance Department and overseeing the development, implementation, communication and review of all compliance policies, procedures and technology designed to meet the requirements of federal and state regulatory authorities. \n\n\nAs the former managing director of regulatory affairs and chief compliance officer of investment affairs at Morgan Keegan in Memphis, Tenn., Morrison was in charge of ensuring regulatory management and managed various compliance areas, including privacy, business continuity planning, advertising and marketing, anti-money laundering, advisory compliance and equity capital markets compliance. Morrison began her career in compliance in 1998 and joined Morgan Keegan in 2007.\n\n\nMorrison came to Morgan Keegan through the purchase of AmSouth Investment Services (AIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of AmSouth Bancorporation, based in Birmingham, Ala. At AIS, she also served as a senior manager in the Compliance Department responsible for overseeing various areas. Before AIS, Morrison served as the chief compliance officer for NBC Securities Inc. for four years, reporting to both the president and parent company’s board of directors. \n\n\nMorrison graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance and holds the Series 7, 14, 24, 53, 63, 65, 79 and 99, IB and OS registrations. In addition, she is a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, the National Society of Compliance Professionals and the Securities and Insurance Licensing Association.\n

    Nannette is a strong believer in the personal freedom that financial certainty brings. When financial concerns are managed and minimized, she says, people have a greater tendency to enjoy life fully. She's made it her mission, then, to help clients meet their financial goals so they can get back to the things that make them happy and fulfilled. Through her private wealth advisory practice, Nannette offers a broad range of financial products and services, with a strategic focus on retirement planning strategies, saving for education, estate planning strategies and charitable giving. She's earned recognition for her 37-year-long financial advisor career, having recently received the prestigious Hall of Fame Award and has been in the Chairman's Advisory Council for several years. Since 1995 she has hosted the local public television show It's About Money, which seeks to educate viewers on money matters. She also sits on several boards, among them the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and The Friendly Home, a Rochester, N.Y.-based nursing care and rehabilitation center. Professional associations she belongs to include the Investment Management Consultants Association and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. A graduate of Cornell University, Nannette enjoys live theater, films and visual art. During her free time she travels and cooks. She is also an author, having published several children's books.

    Darla Sipolt has a total of 23 years of experience in the financial services business.  She has rich and varied background in sales, management and human resources in both retail and institutional brokerage. \nDarla’s current role is Western Region Director of Sales for TD Ameritrade Institutional responsible for overseeing the sales efforts of six sales vice presidents covering eleven western states. \nDarla has been with TD Ameritrade for 10 years and started as the Regional Sales Vice President for TD Ameritrade Retail in 2003, responsible for 25 retail branches in the Southwest and progressed to Managing Director for Retail Sales Strategy and Support.  In 2006, Darla accepted a position as an Institutional Regional Sales Vice President, where she worked directly with advisors in seven states in the Western Region.
