    Bob Niederman, Director of Coaching for CEG Worldwide, is a pioneer in the field of corporate coaching. As the principal of Palo Alto, California-based Profound Coaching, Niederman since 1993 has coached more than 100 Silicon Valley CEOs. His presentations, "The Psychology of Rainmaking" and "Breakthrough in Leadership," focus on what is required to be a powerful rainmaker and a breakthrough leader. He has helped numerous financial advisors surpass their preconceptions about their businesses' limitations and achieve far higher levels of ambition and accomplishment. \n\nNiederman has worked with CEG Worldwide to design, develop and facilitate its results-oriented Breaking Through coaching program, which teaches financial advisors how to optimize their businesses in order to achieve significant growth in profits and assets under management. He was instrumental in building CEG Worldwide's Elite Advisor Forum—a focused study group of top-level financial advisors that provides participants with unique breakthrough opportunities in business development. \n\nNiederman received a BS in psychology from UC Santa Cruz and his PhD in educational psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. He also completed postdoctoral work at Stanford University and received coach training at Newfield Network. At Barra, he initiated customer-oriented business planning and a new divisional structure that led to significantly increased innovation and sales that in turn led to a fourfold increase in market valuation. \n\nA seasoned entrepreneur, Glinsky helped found Match.com, Embark.com (now The Princeton Review), Kaiser Permanente's Care Management Institute and KP Online. His career has also included stints with McKinsey & Co., IBM and GE Credit Corp. Clients at McKinsey included financial services, utilities and health care companies. He currently serves as a senior facilitator for Interpersonal Dynamics MBA classes at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.\n\nGlinsky earned his BS in economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

    Mr. Zack is the recently retired Location Practice Leader for the Naples, Florida based RSM McGladrey, Inc. The Naples practice serves mid-size businesses in various industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, not for profit organizations and foundations, and various private clubs and associations.\n\nBeginning in 1979, Mr. Zack served as Tax Managing Director in the Upper Midwest Economic Unit of the firm, where he advised closely held companies and shareholders in all areas of corporate and individual federal and state income tax. Focusing clients’ attention on taxes, led Mr. Zack to become a highly trusted advisor on complex business transactions, individual strategies to mitigate the tax consequences of financial decisions, and wealth transfer techniques. His extensive tax experience led to his leadership of the Private Wealth and Tax Advisory Services provided by McGladrey. In 2002, Mr. Zack began serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer in the firm’s Wealth Management Unit.     Ms. Walker is a founding partner of Holland Capital Management, a Chicago based firm that provides equity and fixed income investment advisory services to an institutional client base of public and corporate pension plan sponsors, unions, endowments, foundations, a limited number of individual clients and a mutual fund. As Chief Executive Officer, she oversees the overall business and financial operations of the firm. With over 22 years of investment management experience, Ms. Walker also serves as Chief Investment Officer – Equity, responsible for execution of the firm’s large cap growth and mid cap growth equity strategies with a team of equity research analysts. Ms. Walker has worked as a member of the firm’s equity team and Investment Policy Committee since the firm’s inception 19 years ago.Ms. Walker began her career at Texas Utilities (now Energy Future Holdings) in 1981 serving in various supervisory capacities and working in the company’s corporate finance group.
