    Cinda Jones, CFP, CDFA, is a divorce only financial consultant who provides services to couples, individuals, their attorneys, and other advisors before and during the divorce process.  Consulting services also include prenuptial and postnuptial financial agreement analysis.\nMs. Jones has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1987 and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst since 1997.\nShe is a trained collaborative professional.  Ms. Jones is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego since inception (1999) and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.\nMs. Jones has completed 40 hours of Mediating Divorce Agreements and 12 hours of Advanced Divorce Mediation.\nMs. Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.\nShe is an experienced speaker who has provided divorce financial education programs to groups and organizations such as the Financial Planning Association National Conference September 2011;  San Diego County Bar Association; Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts;  San Diego CPA-Personal Financial Planners; Financial Planning Association – Retreat; and San Diego National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.\nShe has provided expert testimony regarding the fiduciary and professional standards for financial planners who work with parties in the divorce process. \nIn addition, Ms. Jones has provided expert testimony in connection with tracing assets for fiduciary accounting, pension plan division, separate property reimbursement, and Epstein credits.  \n

    Dawn Quinlivan is a Vice President with the Private Client Group division of Chartis. In this role, Dawn oversees strategic alliances between Private Client Group and non-insurance advisors who also serve high net worth individuals and families. She introduces advisors in the financial planning, wealth management, accounting, legal, estate, investment, banking and real estate channels to expert resources and business models that successfully incorporate personal property\/casualty insurance.\nDawn’s financial services experience spans over 30 years. Prior to Private Client Group, sheheld a series of positions within the AIG organization including Regional Underwriting Manager, Assistant Vice President for the Middle Market, Commercial Segment and Benefit Brokerage Executive serving the San Francisco, New York and Boston regions. She holds both an Associate in Underwriting (AU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations. Posts prior to Chartis and AIG include Bank of America, Frank B. Hall & Co. and AON, serving consecutively as Marketing Director Property Casualty and Corporate Vice President, General Manager and Founder for the Environmental Risk Division based in Washington,D.C. and New York.

    Jennifer Williams joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in 2002 from Goldman Sachs and has been in the financial services industry since 1998. Previously she was Associate Director for Golden Gate Pacific and Los Angeles Mountain Regions.\nWilliams received her BA in Biology from Stanford University and her MBA in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. She has also earned both her CFP and CIMA designations. \nThe Merrill Lynch Newport Beach office focuses on delivering wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals and businesses while delivering unparalleled service.     Marissa Fox-Foley is senior vice president of advisor marketing at LPL Financial. In this role, she is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns aimed at increasing the growth and productivity of independent advisor practices as well as institution-based investment programs.\n\nPrior to joining LPL Financial in 2008, Fox-Foley was the vice president of Wechsler, Ross and Partners, a New York-based marketing and brand development agency specializing in the financial services industry. In this role she led numerous engagements with some of the most recognized firms in the industry, including Morgan Stanley, Van Kampen Investments, JP Morgan Asset Management, UBS and many others. She formerly worked for Agency.com, the interactive arm of the Omnicom Group, a leading global advertising, marketing and corporate communication company.\n\nFox-Foley has a Bachelor of Arts in government from Harvard University, and an MBA in marketing from the University of Southern California. She lives with her husband and two children in San Diego. \n

    Bill Hunter joined Bank of America \/ Merrill Lynch last year to run the Personal Retirement IRA Product Group. Hunter's team of Personal Retirement Product experts develops programs designed to drive asset growth, deepen client’s share of wallet, and build retirement awareness for all distribution channels. \n \nHunter joined Merrill Lynch after a 24 year career at Fidelity Investments where he held many senior level positions. In a recent role, he spear-headed the IRA & Small Business product and strategic marketing efforts targeting individual retirement accounts holders and small business owners. \n \nPrior to this assignment, he negotiated with the nation’s largest insurance carriers as he led the creation of an “Annuity Supermarket”, thus enabling Fidelity’s correspondent bank and broker dealer clients to electronically process both variable and fixed annuities. He also led the Fidelity Institutional FundsNetwork relationship management team responsible for the creation and development of distribution relationship with over 400 non-Fidelity mutual fund families. \n \nHunter is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He received a Master in Finance, from Boston College; a MBA from University of Mass, Lowell, and a B.S. Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is also registered with the NASD (Series 7, 6, 63, & 24).
