 \nNaureen Hassan is the leader of Schwab Intelligent Portfolios and is also responsible for client experience and web and mobile channels supporting the individual investors who, as of March 31, 2015, hold $1.3 trillion client assets in 9.5 million active brokerage accounts at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and 986,000 active bank accounts at Charles Schwab Bank.\nSince joining Schwab in the corporate strategy group, Hassan has held a range of leadership roles across the Charles Schwab organization. She served as the chief operating officer of Charles Schwab Bank, led the client experience function for Schwab Advisor Services, in providing custodial, operational and trading support to nearly 7,000 independent advisory firms, and led the development of Schwab Intelligent Portfolios™, Charles Schwab’s new automated investment advisory service that launches in the first quarter of 2015. \nBefore joining Schwab in 2003, Hassan was an associate principal from McKinsey & Company. She counseled CEOs and top management of multibillion dollar global and national corporations, large foundations and other public institutions. Her areas of expertise included operational performance improvement, healthcare and financial services strategy. She has extensive global experience and was based in London, Mumbai, New York and San Francisco.\nHassan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mike is the Co-Founder, CEO, and CIO of Hedgeable, a digital wealth manager that democratizes sophisticated investing.\nHe formerly was an Analyst at Spruce Private Investors, a $3.5 Billion Wealth Management Firm and Fund of Funds. Prior to Spruce, Mike was an Associate at Bridgewater Associates, a $150 Billion Global Macro Fund considered to be one of the most successful alternative managers in history, with clients including foreign governments, major pension funds, charities, and large corporations.\nMike is an avid writer, international traveler, adventurer, sports fanatic, and cooking enthusiast. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance, with Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. He is originally from Philadelphia, and resides in New York City.

Gauthier has 20 years of experience in financial services as a consulting partner, an investment banker and a Private Banking executive. He leads Deloitte’s Wealth Management Practice in the US and specializes in growth and operating strategies. His clients include leading brokerage firms, private and trust banks as well as banks and diversified financial services firms.   Gauthier has worked extensively in North America, Europe and Asia. He is an alumnus of Booz & Co., Citi Private Bank, Credit Suisse, Marakon Associates and the World Bank. He holds an  MBA in Finance from MIT's Sloan School of Management and BS\/MS degrees in Mathematics & Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Paris.  Gauthier, his wife and their seven children live in Stamford CT.
