He is responsible for Collections supporting the Cards, Auto, Mortgage, Student Loans, Retail and Consumer Finance branch businesses. Scott is also responsible for Global Collections and Loss Mitigation Strategy. In this capacity he works directly with Global Risk Management and Regional Collections heads in sharing best practices and leading operational execution.Scott joined Citigroup in 1992 on the phones as a Collector and has 18 years of financial services experience within Citigroup, including managing Business Planning & Analysis, Recovery Operations and National Cards Collections operations. Misty Kipper serves as SVP of Client Services and Strategy for Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. She has responsibility for overseeing the areas of Client Relationship Management, Audit, Analytics, Project Management, Dialer Management and development of global operational strategy. Educated in Business Management from Virginia Tech, she brings over thirteen years of experience across various aspects of Credit as well as Collections and Recovery, predominantly served with Bank of America where she led Compliance, Analytics, Training, Agency Management, Operational and Audit teams for the Recovery division. As a former client of Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ms. Kipper has served with the industrys top credit issuers and debt purchasers, as well as with a non-profit developed to assist employers in developing employee credit education programs.
Kimberly Gartner leads the Kimberly Gartner Group, LLC. With expertise in financial services, credit, payments, underbanked consumers, and financial health, she focuses on working with good people doing good work. Kimberly is passionate about turning solid ideas into sustainable businesses, products, services and strategies that improve people's lives. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a track record of sales and business development results.For almost 10 years, Kimberly held senior leadership roles with the Center for Financial Services Innovation (CFSI). Most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, responsible for cultivating, developing, and growing strategically important, multifaceted relationships with CFSI's largest clients to drive mutual value. She is passionate about working collaboratively with others to help them envision new possibilities and outstanding results. She brings her deep knowledge of consumers, understanding of the financial services marketplace, and vision for financial health to spur people and companies to action.�Under her leadership, CFSI launched a successful consulting business, created the go-to industry forums for scale financial services firms and innovative mid-tier institutions, and seeded innovation with a combination of programmatic support and nearly $4 million in grants to promising nonprofit organizations. Kimberly joined CFSI through the Center’s acquisition of the Responsible Credit Partnership, a cross-industry credit card effort she led for several years, leveraging her consulting background in business planning and product design for underbanked consumers.Kimberly earned a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Social Work both from the University of Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology, with minors in mathematics and business, from Drake University.�
