Chief Executive Officer, and founder of Telrock in 2002, Russell Robinson brings 15 years of expertise in online and mobile Customer management, and rapidly gained credibility in the collections industry for finding ways of embracing the digital revolution to help lenders collect more, at lower costs. Russell has worked closely with many financial partners such as EnterCard, a Nordic subsidiary of Barclaycard, Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of America, and Bank of Montreal.

Marc Trudeau is a Financial Services Industry Strategist at Acxiom Corporation. In this role, Marc plays a lead business development sales role, helping firms to develop and execute data-driven marketing and customer experience strategies. Prior to joining Acxiom, Marc was a Sr. Director of Sales and Account Management at comScore Inc., assisting banks, credit card issuers and investment services companies with optimizing the performance of their online and mobile channels. Previously, Marc was practice manager of the Council on Financial Competition, the retail financial services practice at the Corporate Executive Board. In addition to P&L responsibility, including sales, marketing and client strategy, he authored numerous strategic research studies on key industry challenges, including: branch strategy; sales force effectiveness; customer segmentation; and customer experience. Additionally, Marc worked as a credit card risk and marketing manager at Capital One and as a strategy consultant in the telecommunications industry. Marc holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He received a Masters Degree in Economics and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. 

Timothy W. Willi joined Wells Fargo Securities in March 2009 as a managing director and Senior Analyst in the Equity Research department. Tim�s coverage universe includes theTransaction Processing and Financial Technology sectors. Tim, a 15-year Wall Street veteran, joined Wells Fargo from Avondale Partners where as a managing director he led that firm�s transaction processing and financial technology research effort. Prior to covering transaction processing at Avondale, Tim was with A.G. Edwards for fourteen years where he was a senior analyst and group practice leader for the firm�s IT & business services research effort. He also spent seven years covering the banking and credit card industries. Tim regularly speaks at industry conferences and events. He earned his BS from Bradley University and has been recognized as a Wall Street Journal All-Star for outstanding stock picking.
