    Randy Watson is group vice president of Consulting, Digital Impact and Rapid Innovation teams. The consulting and email agency teams create tremendous value for Acxiom customers by mapping client business outcomes to industry best practices to ensure continuity with the rest of Acxiom’s strategy and go-to-market approach. Acxiom’s Rapid Innovation Team is responsible for harvesting client-specific innovation and leveraging it into larger, more repeatable solutions for multiple clients.Randy joined Acxiom in 2003 to lead strategic alliances. In this role, he was responsible for strategic direction, joint product developmentand go-to-market execution for several large partnerships. During his time at Acxiom, he has served in several industry and account-specific roles within financial services. Prior to his current role, Randy served as vice president of the Banking Group.Randy’s career includes twelve years on the client-side designing and implementing consumer financial products and managing retail operations, and fifteen years on the vendor-side designing and implementing solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of both.

    Mr. Kusic has been involved with National Recovery Agency since 1985 and currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Beginning his career more than 28 years ago in his family’s collection business, Steve has a strong background and understanding of collection procedures and techniques, along with his knowledge of the various collection laws that govern collections and regulatory compliance. He has significant experience and expertise in all facets of operations, call center activity, quality control, contracts, marketing, finance, and debt purchasing. Steve is the company’s visionary leader with extensive collections experience in healthcare, utility, direct marketing, commercial, government, and financial accounts who has brought about the unprecedented success that National Recovery Agency experiences today. Throughout his career, Steve has earned numerous awards and recognition for his outstanding achievements in the collection industry. He has completed several FDCPA Certifications and Compliance Training Programs and is a member of ACA International and its prestigious Committee of 100, whose membership is comprised of the leaders of the top agencies in the United States. Mr. Kusic is a graduate of Rider University and has MBA from Drexel University.

    Mr. Hanna is the CEO/President of Galaxy Asset Management which he co-founded in August of 2007.  Prior to Galaxy, Mr. Hanna joined the Worldwide companies in 1998 as VP of Operations for Worldwide Capital. In 2001 he became the President of Worldwide Asset Management LLC (WAM) and National Asset Management Enterprises, Inc. (NAM). Under Mr. Hanna’s leadership Worldwide Asset Management, which was a start-up operation focused on collection and debt purchasing, grew to a company with over 900 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million.  In 2004 WAM and NAM sold to West Corporation for approximately $180 million.From 2004 to 2006 Mr. Hanna assumed the role of EVP of Debt Purchasing for West Asset Management.  Over the course of 5 years, (2001-2006) Mr. Hanna was responsible for the purchase of over $6 billion in consumer receivables. Prior to joining the Worldwide Companies, Mr. Hanna was at Cox Enterprises (1991-1998) as the Director of Financial Reporting/Assistant Controller for Cox Radio where he was responsible for financial reporting, accounting, and acquisition due diligence. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Hanna was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young (1988-1991) with a focus on small to medium business operations. Mr. Hanna is an honors graduate of the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Tracey Black is the President of GFH Group Inc., a Toronto-based consulting group focused on strategy, payments, innovation and stakeholder management. GFH Group managed the Canadian Chip Trial Program Management Office and was responsible for coordinating the efforts of all payment stakeholders participating in the trial and launch of EMV in Canada. GFH Group has worked with numerous stakeholders in the Canadian payments industry. Prior to launching GFH Group Inc., Tracey held executive level positions at TD Canada Trust and RBC Royal Bank.

    Alec Hudnut is the General Manager, Revenue for Green Dot Corporation. He is responsible for the P&L for Green Dot’s card businesses. Prior to Green Dot, Alec was the CEO of Evolution Robotics Retail, a visual pattern recognition company specializing in recognizing packaged goods without having to read the barcode. Alec also served as CEO of Evolution Robotics, Inc., a robotics software company, and University Access, the first online learning company. Prior to his start up software experience, Alec was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., and an investment banker and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Alec earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    As Vice President of Business Operations, Michael is responsible for the company’s brand network strategy and operations. Michael is also responsible for key third party relationships.  In 2005, Michael led the manufacturing and launch of the first network branded gift cards in retail.     Michael has also previously managed the banking relationships for Netspend.  Before joining Netspend, Michael led a strategic  payments division at BearingPoint.   Michael received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

    Matt Kerr joined H & R Block in February 2000 and currently serves as Director of Financial Services. In his current role, Matt is responsible for the strategic direction and cardholder acquisition of the company’s prepaid card, The Emerald Card. Previously, Matt held leadership positions at H&R Block that included a start-up business and roles in product and business development. Prior to H & R Block Matt spent 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of sales and marketing positions.

    Leslie is a senior executive with over 20 years of marketing, loyalty, consulting and business management experience. A frequent Industry speaker, she is nationally recognized as an innovative, strategic marketing leader with demonstrated success in business transformation. In 2012, Leslie joined the Pharmacy Benefits Management division of CVS Caremark as Vice President of Member Engagement, responsible for all member engagement marketing and operations activities. Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Leslie spent 11 years at MasterCard as a Senior Vice President in the consulting division, working with Fortune 500 companies globally. She also held senior marketing positions at SunTrust and Citibank where she led the strategy and marketing for the Citibank AAdvantage Card business. More recently, Leslie was President and Founder of BFF Loyalty, Inc. a strategic marketing and consulting company in New York. Leslie serves on the Board of Trustees for Helen Keller International and is an Advisory Board Member on the Corporate Leadership Council of the Global Fund for Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s of business administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
