    Pranay Kapadia serves as Head of Product Management for Mobile Payments and Point of Sale at Intuit. In this role, Kapadia leads the global product management team responsible for one of Intuit’s fastest growing businesses - Intuit’s mobile payments offering - GoPayment, along with the development of Intuit’s point of sale software and hardware. Prior to assuming his current role, Kapadia held a variety of positions within Intuit’s Small Business Group. As Group Product & Marketing Manager for QuickBooks, Kapadia oversaw the team that launched QuickBooks for Mac 2012 and QuickBooks Mobile while leading the mobile strategy and execution for Intuit Small Business’ suite of mobile products (QuickBooks, GoPayment and Payroll). Kapadia has also led numerous initiatives leading to the continual growth of the QuickBooks franchise - including preparing QuickBooks for global release and launching the Intuit Small Business community, which connects two million QuickBooks users to each other and was later rolled out across the company. In 2012, Kapadia was awarded the Scott Cook Innovation Award, which recognizes innovation at Intuit.  Before joining Intuit in 2007, Kapadia was a Microsoft Product Evangelist and also served as a Technical Consultant at Oracle. Kapadia holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Sung Min Kim is a Payments Knowledge Specialist at McKinsey & Company’s New York Office, and a member of the Americas Payments Practice. He works closely with client teams on payments topics including consumer credit cards, merchant acquiring, debit cards, and money transfers. He also developed the McKinsey Credit Card Issuer Performance Model -- a proprietary model that identifies expected changes in credit card issuer market share and P&L on a five-year time horizon. Other recent work includes assisting clients in evaluating their value chain of activities, apprising client teams on new trends and products that will impact their clients, and contributing substantially to development of new payments knowledge. Sung Min has been with McKinsey & Company since 1998 and he received his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

    George Shand is FICO’s Global Card Industry Director. He focuses on the strategic application of predictive analytics & scores within the card industry. His card & predictive analytics industry expertise spans over 20 years in originations (marketing and credit risk), account management and collections. He was Senior Credit Risk Manager for Discover Card, the founding Chief Credit Risk and Compliance Officer for Merrick Bank, and VP of Marketing and Risk Management for First Consumers’ National Bank. Prior to his current role at FICO, George was Financial Services General Manager for Intelligent Results, a text based predictive analytics technology company.

    Laurie Roth is the V.P of Co-Brand Business Development for MasterCard in the U.S. �In her role Laurie is responsible for building MasterCard co-brand share in the U.S market. She joined MasterCard in 2013 from Auriemma Consulting where she was a Director in its Partnerships Practice. Prior to that Laurie held the role of Director of Credit Marketing for Saks Incorporated.Laurie has more than 25 years of experience in the payments industry. She has held management positions which include Credit Extension, Collections, Card Marketing and Loyalty.Laurie is a graduate of Long Island University.�

    For the last 30 years, Amy has been involved either directly or indirectly in the card and payments industry. March 1, 2000 Amy founded Recruiting & Placement Inc (dba R&P Group). Amy began her recruiting career in July of 1996 as a recruiter with a Management Recruiters International (MRI) franchise office and earned Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) certification and MRI Pace Setter (top 10% of over 5000 MRI recruiters in the world) awards in 1998 and 1999. Amy has been a guest speaker at the 1997 Faulkner and Gray Credit Card Forum, 2006 ETA Annual Meeting and Expo, the 2007 Prepaid Expo, Test Drive an Expert 2010 Prepaid Expo, and Innovation Showcase 2011 Prepaid Expo. Prior to her work as a Recruiter, Amy was the Data Processing Manager (CTO) for Service One Corporation (the program manager for The Bank of Hoven secured credit card) and managed 3 computer hardware, software, and training organizations. The study of the hiring process has been of interest to Amy for the last 30 years. Amy has a BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD and a secondary teaching certificate in Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Chemistry for the state of SD.�

    Bruce Sibley is the senior vice president and group head of U.S. Business Development within the U.S. Market Development organization.� In this role, he is responsible for co-brand, commercial card, public sector and other non-financial institution business development in the U.S. region.Mr. Sibley has over 20 years of experience in the payments industry.� Prior to joining MasterCard in 2011, he spent 14 years with American Express in multiple business development, client management and loyalty program management roles in the consumer, small business and commercial card organizations.� Before that, he spent nearly 5 years as a consultant at First Annapolis Consulting, where he specialized in the merchant acquiring and card issuing industries.�Mr. Sibley holds an MBA in Finance from Kellogg at Northwestern, an MA in History from NYU and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.� He is an avid runner, having completed 11 marathons and holds a personal best 3 hour 32 minute marathon in 2009.
