Prior to DirectPayNet, I was the Director of Monetization at Manwin, parent company of the world's largest adult entertainment sites such as Brazzers, Pornhub and Mofos.� I headed a department that handled payment services for all properties as well as secondary revenue sources for all major brands. Michael Marion is SVP for US Retail Digital Products, NA Consumer Internet & Mobile.� His team is responsible for developing and managing Citibank Online�s leading capabilities for online account opening, money movement & payments capabilities and Citi Financial Tools, an innovative suite of online personal financial management tools.� Since joining Citi in 2005, Michael has focused on innovation in the digital space, with roles spanning strategy, onsite cross-sell & email marketing and product development in both the Retail and Credit Card divisions of Citi�s Consumer Bank.� Prior to Citi, he held digital product leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, as well as multiple digital & marketing roles during seven years at American Express.� Michael earned his BA from UC San Diego and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Currently working as a Subject Matter Expert on Regulatory Policy and Consumer Compliance at Nice Systems, Victor has over 15 years of solid regulatory and executive management experience working in senior compliance and operational roles for several Financial Services companies. He most recently worked at Citi for 6 years and was responsible for Regulatory Exams and Policy coordination for the registered broker dealer, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. He also served in a leadership capacity for the AML Strategy and Planning Office helping to drive global AML regulatory initiatives across Citi. His work experience also includes a stint as Supervisor of Staff Examiners with FINRA and he was also engaged in private practice as a legal consultant to registered broker/dealers and hedge funds. Victor holds a JD with a concentration in securities regulation and an MBA in Finance. He is currently registered with the following licenses: Equity Trader (S55), General Securities Principal (S24), General Securities Representative (S7). He is admitted to the Bar in New York State.
Sheryl Wright joined the company in August 2012 as the Senior Vice President of�Corporate & Government Affairs.� In this role, she leads the company government and public affairs efforts.� Specifically, she manages federal and state legislative and regulatory matters, corporate communications, community outreach/social responsibility, and Encore�s Political Action Committee (PAC). Additionally, she engages with key stakeholders to ensure that the needs of our consumers are met.Sheryl joined Encore from Bridgepoint Education, where she served as Senior Vice President, External Affairs for 3 1/2 years.� Prior to Bridgepoint, she had a 25 year career with Sprint Nextel, most recently serving as Vice President of Government Affairs.� Ms. Wright serves on numerous public policy and community boards, including San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce-Public Policy Committee, San Diego Taxpayers Association, San Diego Downtown Partnership, LEAD San Diego, and the Public Affairs Council, Washington DC.She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern College (Kansas) and an MBA from Kansas State University.
