She is a past President of the New England Collectors Association and has been working in the collection industry since 1987. She is a Trainer Specialist and a Professional Collection Specialist through ACA International. Additionally she is an IACC certified Collector. One of her major job responsibilities is to ensure compliance with all of our clients� collection vendor requirements as well as any federal or state requirements as well as insuring that our vendors are also in compliance.
