Richard Munroe is the President of Capital Financial Group, Inc (CFG) a consumer debt buyer that provides scoring analysis, legal modeling, acquisition, and selling services to various issuers in the financial services and collections industry. Before founding CFG, Mr. Munroe served as Vice President of Acquisition and Sales for Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSI) and handled the acquisition process, sourcing, due diligence, and sales process for debt portfolios in several different asset classes. Mr. Munroe has been involved in more than four hundred portfolio acquisitions and sales totaling more than fifteen billion dollars since 1992. Mr. Munroe is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been an active member of DBA International (DBA) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as President. DBA is a nonprofit trade association that represents the interests of companies that acquire distressed asset portfolios in the secondary market. DBA promotes uniform industry standards of best practices through the newly launched Debt Buyer Certification Program and through a code of conduct.
Todd is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Resurgence Financial, LLC. For over 11 years, Resurgence has been a leading purchaser of defaulted consumer credit portfolios and utilizes its controlled litigation strategy to collect unpaid receivables. Resurgence has offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California and ranked #28 on the Inc. 500 List of fastest growing privately held companies in 2006. Todd is responsible for managing the legal collections operation and implementing strategic initiatives for the Company. With ongoing evaluation, he ensures that procedures are being conducted in the most professional, efficient, and compliant manner possible. Todd has been with Resurgence since its inception in 2002 and has managed close to 300 portfolio purchases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Indiana University, Bloomington, graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 1998. Todd is a member of many national debt purchasing and legal trade organizations including the ABA, ISBA, NARCA, DBA, ACA, and the ILCBA. He is a co-founder of the Creditors Bar Coalition of Illinois (CBCI), a lobbying organization responsible for driving critical legislative initiatives. As North American ATM Channel Head, Steve has overall responsibility for BMO�s ATM networks in the US and Canada. His mandate includes development and implementation of ATM channel strategies in junction with BMO�s overall strategy to create a truly distinctive multichannel customer experience. He has been with BMO for 4 years.��Prior to spending 2 years as an SVP in Bank of America�s ATM Operations group, Steve was the ATM channel head for ABM AMRO North America where he initiated some of the industry�s first large scale branding programs and built a unique strategic partnership with a national retailer for the placement of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area and across the State of Michigan. He also played a key role in the consolidation of the global ATM operations of ABM AMRO and was responsible for one of the first North American implementations of a single version of multi-vendor software on ATMs from three major manufacturers.�Steve has 27 years of banking experience spanning community banks, regional banks, and large multi-national banks. Before entering the ATM space 13 years ago he held senior management positions in finance, operations, and retail bank management.Steve has Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and has served on various boards and advisory groups for both the STAR and NYCE networks.
Dali� Jim�nez is Associate Professor of Law and Jeremy Bentham Scholar at the University of Connecticut School of Law. She teaches bankruptcy, contracts, and consumer law. Professor Jim�nez�s scholarly interests include empirical and policy work in consumer financial protection, bankruptcy, credit and debt collection markets, and the financial distress of American families. She is currently working on a large-scale, randomized control trial evaluating the effectiveness of legal and counseling interventions to help individuals in financial distress. Professor Jim�nez spent the 2011-2012 academic year at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a federal agency established with the assistance of Elizabeth Warren, for whom Jim�nez was a teaching assistant in Contracts at Harvard Law. At the CFPB, Jim�nez served as a policy fellow in the Deposit, Cash, Collections & Reporting Markets group, where her work focused on credit reporting, debt collection and debt relief. While there, she co-authored two reports to Congress on credit scoring issues. Prior to her academic career, Professor Jim�nez clerked for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, was as a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray, L.L.P. In Boston, and worked on consumer protection issues at the Massachusetts State Senate.Professor Jim�nez is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was a recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Award for Outstanding Bankruptcy Student and was senior editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. She holds B.S. degrees in electrical engineering/computer science and political science from MIT.

Garrett started in the collection industry while attending high school. While at Florida State University, he completed an internship with Stellar Recovery, attended the Debt Buyer Association retreat in Napa Valley and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Only days after graduating college with a degree in Applied Economics and a minor in Business, Garrett relocated from Florida to Montana. Garrett has impacted our company�s performance in Q4 of 2010 and 2011 by improving our rankings with a national client by utilizing technology, revising work standards and strategies. Garrett�s efforts took our performance ranking from eight to one. Garrett relocated back to Florida to supervise the office build out in Jacksonville, Florida and recruited 100 employees. Garrett assisted in purchasing one billion dollars in distressed assets. His successful management had a direct impact on top line revenues, which increased from 4.5M to 18M in 2011 and expecting to top 40M in 2012. Garrett received, on behalf of the company, the �Agency Partner of the Year� award. Garrett is now managing the entire operation for the company as Treasurer, CEO, and COO. In 2012, he was selected by the Business Journal as one of the top 40 under 40 professionals. In 2013, he received notification from Florida State University for achieving the nomination of the top 30 graduates under 30 years of age for his personal and professional achievements. With Mr. Schanck�s leadership, he has made Stellar Recovery, one of the top ten companies to work for in the Jacksonville area. Garrett has a unique approach in recruiting staff based on specialized skill sets and utilizing dialer strategy. His main goal is to set Stellar Recovery apart from the others; is by exploring all emerging markets to purchase and service assets. He anticipates adding additional offices inside and outside the United States. Mr. Schanck is currently an active member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, American Collectors Association, and Debt Buyer Association.
Ms. Paul has been with Fifth Third Bank for 22 years. She has been a member of the Legal Department for 15 of those years, and her most recent responsibilities include representing and/or supervising the representation of the Consumer business lines, including Mortgage, Retail, Bank Protection, Consumer Lending, Consumer Operations, Credit Card, IT Sourcing and Marketing in the areas of litigation, policies and procedures, compliance (both federal and state), contract review, daily operational questions, customer complaints and training. She also participates regularly in corporate conversions, mergers and consolidations and representation of the Bank with outside counsel and federal regulators. Currently, her main focuses include implementation of the mortgage rules mandated by Dodd-Frank, state law changes affecting the mortgage world and contested litigation management. She previously served for nine years as a council member for the City of Southgate, Ky. and for five years as past president of Southgate Independent School�s parent organization.
