    Ashwin Shirvaikar has been at Citi Research since early 2000 and has worked in or written about the Services sector (both Computer Services & Business Services) since 1991. Before joining Citi, Ashwin worked at AlliedSignal for three years, within its defense/aerospace M&A group, and was responsible for the P&L at the New Ventures group. Ashwin also has over 6 years of consulting and account management experience working with several blue chip clients. Ashwin earned an MBA degree from Cornell University in 1997. In addition, he holds a Master�s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

    Pete Korpady is general manager of the STAR Network, where he oversees a management team focused on STAR�s market leadership in innovation and quality customer experience, developing strategies to deliver the highest levels of acceptance and value for STAR members.Korpady also serves as head of global network management for First Data, where he is responsible for managing the company�s network and processor relationships, compliance activities, routing, and network optimization initiatives. In this role, he leads the team responsible for directing First Data�s interface with network, and processor endpoints for both compliance and new business opportunities including; issuing, acquiring and core switching functions.Prior to his current role, he led First Data�s Financial Services Sales and Relationship management group for North America.� Previous to First Data, Korpady was at Visa Inc., where he managed the global processing team, the VPS joint venture, and helped found Visa�s Debit Processing Service (DPS) operating unit leading its business development staff.� Korpady also had extensive experience supporting STAR and the Regional Debit Networks as a leader in Deluxe Data Systems business development group.� He has a track record in the payments industry of successfully building new ventures and finding new ways meet the needs of various payments stakeholders.Korpady holds a bachelor�s degree in business administration and finance from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.�����

    Juli Spottiswood is the President & CEO and Board Member of Parago, the leading provider of innovative reward programs that drive behavior and promote brand loyalty with consumers. Juli is an ardent advocate for clients and customers, helping blue chip clients run some of the most successful and heralded rebate and consumer incentive programs.Juli helped form Parago in 1999 as the company�s CFO and was promoted to President and CEO in 2007. Since then she has spearheaded dramatic improvements for the consumer rebating experience: introducing a variety of payment methods like prepaid cards and PayPal, a choice of submission methods including online or point-of-sale from some merchants, customer service interaction via web chat and dramatically reduced turn times. In-turn, Parago�s clients are finding a deeper value in rebates than ever before.     Building upon over 30 years of experience in the fields of banking, payments, marketing and the Internet, Day Jimenez is the Co-Founder and President of Xtrategies which was formed in May of 2001 to provide consulting services to the Payment Industry in the Latin America and Caribbean Region. Xtrategies currently has over 85 Bank clients in Latin America and Europe. Most recently, Day has co-founded GCS Systems, a mobile payments company focusing on the Latin America market. GCS has launched a mobile payments service in the Dominican Republic under the tPago brand. As of May, the tPago ecosystem includes 10 Banks in the country with over 95% of the Banking Systems� assets, the three largest Telcos with over 8 million clients, the largest card acquirer and over 35 of the largest billers in the country. GCS is now expanding to Colombia, Puerto Rico, and El Salvador. Xtrategies has supported several Banks in the implementation of chip cards, the last one being the launch of a Visa Debit EMV card. After more than a year of preparation, this card is being distributed to more than 800,000 clients. Prior to establishing Xtrategies, he was Chief e-Business Officer of Patagon.com, where he was part of the management team that established Patag�n as a global player in seven countries including the US, Europe and Latin America. Patag�n was sold to Banco Santander of Spain in 2001 for US$705 million. From 1994 to 1999, Day held several positions at Visa International Latin America and Caribbean Region, the last of which was as Senior Vice-President and Group Executive responsible for Emerging Products. During his tenure at Visa he was involved in several initiatives among which were the deployment of debit cards, the �End Game Strategy� for the Region, the launch of smart cards, and the development and launch of ecommerce. During the mid 90�s he participated in the EMV committee and the Visa Cash committee where both of these standards were developed and established globally. Day was responsible for implementing EMV in Latin America with rollouts in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. His team developed the Platinum card with a chip as well as the Visa Distribution product with a chip. Earlier in his career, he was Vice-President of Marketing for Grupo Financiero Popular in the Dominican Republic where he was responsible for Marketing, Product Development and Public Relations. He was a member of the Board of Directors of several subsidiaries of the Group and participated in the formation and implementation of Banks in New York, Miami, Grand Cayman and Panama.
