    Noah�s experience as a consultant to the consumer lending industry includes a variety of engagements dealing with consumer credit risk, portfolio management, and risk technology. Noah�s background includes assignments with more than 35 institutions, including card issuers, payment networks, merchant acquirers, retailers, data processors, and private equity investors. He began his career at First Annapolis Consulting as an Analyst / Senior Analyst and there partnered with clients in Canada, Europe, the US, and Latin America on collections strategy optimization, credit line assignment, credit policy development, and portfolio segmentation initiatives.Since joining Bridgeforce in 2010, Noah has worked with institutions in the UK, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and the US in areas such as fraud, risk infrastructure (system selection / design / testing), credit line management, training, and regulatory compliance. He is currently advising a Top 10 US card issuer on the development of a new collections system.Noah holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Washington and Lee University and presently is pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering and Database Technologies. He resides in Baltimore, MD.

    Simon Gamble is co-founder and president, North America, of Mako Networks, a network management company that specializes in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliance. He is responsible for leading development of the North American market including new sales channels and partners.Simon has seen Mako Networks grow from a startup in 2000 through to an international business that has made regular appearances on Deloitte�s fastest-growing companies index. He brings extensive experience in IT and networking for Internet Service Providers, telcos and the high-tech sector.Simon is a subject matter expert in PCI DSS compliance, card fraud and security, presenting at conferences as a Mako Networks representative. His commentary regularly appears in print and online in news stories related to security issues.

    Stuart K. Pratt is President and CEO of the Consumer Data Industry Association, a trade association headquartered in Washington, D.C. CDIA members provide businesses with the data and analytical tools necessary to manage risk. They help ensure fair and safe transactions for consumers and competition. These data expand consumers� access to a market which is innovative and focused on their needs. Pratt has advised U.S. presidential and gubernatorial task forces on the importance of the free flow of information to the U.S. economy and testifies regularly before Congress. While focused primarily on US policy, he has served as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding European Union-U.S. trade negotiation and has counseled private and government entities overseas on responsible uses of consumer data. He serves as the U.S. representative to an international committee focused on credit reporting in developing economies sponsored by the World Bank and IFC. Mr. Pratt has served as a guest lecturer at both Georgetown University�s school of law and McDonough School of Business. He serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce�s Committee of 100 and the Advisory Council for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. He received his Bachelor�s Degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC., and conducted his graduate studies in business at the University of Maryland, University College.

    Steve has been with FCBS since 1999 when he started his career as a front-line collector. He has since progressed through multiple management positions within the firm and is currently Senior Director of Business Development. He is a veteran of the ARM space with deep experience in the practical application of best practices in both process and technology in driving better operational results across all areas of the collections process. In his current role he is the primary liaison to the industry for business development, compliance and other industry matters, Steve is a great proponent of utilizing powerful analytics tools to drive world-class results.
