    Darrin Benhart is Deputy Comptroller for Credit and Market Risk at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). In this role, Mr. Benhart serves as a principal advisor on emerging systemic risks facing the banking system. He oversees and sets policies for the Commercial and Retail Credit Policy units and Credit and Market Risk. He also co-chairs the National Risk Committee, which coordinates the OCC risk identification practices. He has served in this role since August 2011. Previously, Mr. Benhart served as Director for Commercial Credit in the Credit and Market Risk Division of the OCC, where he oversaw a team responsible for commercial credit policy issues and commercial credit analytics. Since joining the agency in 1992, Mr. Benhart has served in a variety of technical an managerial roles, primarily as a field examiner. In these roles, he directed credit related OCC supervisory activities and managed a staff of resident credit examiners in the commercial and retail credit areas in many of the agency�s largest banks. Darrin received his undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Commissioned National Bank Examiner.

    Peggy Twohig is currently the Assistant Director for Nonbank Supervision at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. As Assistant Director, she is responsible for implementing the first Federal supervision program for nonbank providers of consumer financial products and services, such as payday lenders, mortgage originators, mortgage servicers, and credit bureaus. Prior to her work at CFPB, Ms. Twohig was Director of the Office of Consumer Protection at the Department of the Treasury, where she worked on the proposal to create a new consumer agency as part of financial regulatory reform. Immediately before joining Treasury, Ms. Twohig served as Associate Director of the Division of Financial Practices at the Federal Trade Commission. Her 17-year tenure at the FTC focused on enforcement and policy issues related to consumer financial services. Ms. Twohig’s career also included work as a litigator with the firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington D.C.Ms. Twohig received her law degree from the New York University School of Law and a master's degree in public policy from Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1983. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable William K. Thomas in United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

    Nigel has been working with leading card issuers and payment providers in Canada since 2000. He is recognized within the card payment industry as an innovation leader having worked in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA for payment clients including Telcos, the payment brands, retailers and issuers. He led the initiative to establish the Canadian chip migration business requirements bringing together multiple industry stakeholders. As a consultant, Nigel has worked with banks on their successful chip migration programs for debit, credit and contactless payments as well as with merchants on the store side of EMV implementation. He has broad multi-industry payment experience and a thorough understanding of EMV from the nuts and bolts up to the strategic level.

    Anthony J. Travagline has 25 years of retail banking experience with a concentration on Customer contact. His career started in 1987 as a sales agent for MBNA America which was eventually purchased by Bank of America.Over the past two decades he has led start-up operations for world leading financial institutions to include MBNA America, ING Direct, HSBC and Barclays. The primary expertise he possesses is building and optimizing performance for operations that attract and retain valuable customers. This includes Sales, Service, Collections and Retention along with experience in Credit Risk and Training. He has always valued a customer centric approach reinforced with the notion of making the experience intuitive and memorable for the client and the employee. His belief is that technology combined with real customer insight enables businesses to meet the rapid changes in consumer expectations. By providing simple and elegant interfaces self-service is encouraged while allowing more complicated business to be handled with greater ease and effectiveness by employees.
