    Jim is a Partner at Stone Key and focuses on providing strategic and capital markets advice to the firm’s Commericial Technology clients in the Data, Transaction Processing, Information Technology and Business Services sectors. He has over 24 years of experience in the Technology services arena. Prior to joining Stone Key, Jim was a Managing Director and Head of the Data, Processing and IT Services Research team at Credit Suisse. Previously, he led the Computer Services research teams at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and Salomon Brothers. Jim has been ranked by Institutional Investor magazine on more than 20 separate occasions over his career. He has also been recognized by Greenwich Associates, Bloomberg Markets, Reuters and TheStreet.com for the quality of his research and/or the performance of his stock recommendations. Over the course of Jim’s research career, he has covered a wide range of companies in the Technology Services sectors, including businesses in Payment, Payroll and Mutual Fund Processing, Billing Services, Transaction Processing, Government and Commercial IT and Business Process Outsourcing and Information Database Services. Jim received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 1994 and a B.S. from State University of New York at Albany in 1988.

    Kevin Moss is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer responsible for managing Credit, Compliance, and Operating Risk for the Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Group. Moss joined Wells Fargo in 1998 and brings more than 29 years of banking experience to his current role. Prior to being appointed chief risk officer, he was the business manager for the National Home Equity Group. Kevin was also chief credit officer for the Home and Consumer Finance Group, in addition to leading the Consumer Risk Management team, helping Wells Fargo manage the credit and fraud risk in the organization�s Card Services and Deposit/Debit businesses. A former college professor, Moss has also participated on the advisory boards and steering committees for companies that provide risk management solutions to the financial services industry. Moss holds a bachelor�s degree in applied statistics from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a master�s degree in quantitative analysis from New York University.

Ms. Tunstall counsels clients on compliance with consumer financial services laws, including proscriptions against unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices as well as the investigations and proceedings of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau created by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. She is also experienced with mobile and other e-commerce initiatives, privacy issues, and the delivery of financial services through social networking sites.

    Rajit Bhalla is a cards operations and IT management professional with 13-plus years� experience in multiple geographies. In his current role with Genpact, Bhalla leads the banking practice for unsecured lending and retail KYC customer on-boarding process.His career began with GE Capital, in a joint venture with a leading card issuer, where he held positions including operations leader for customer onboarding and acquisitions, process transformation leader for migrations and new product initiatives, as well as leading the development of a new retail lending origination platform. He later joined Polaris, where he managed new IT implementation projects for Barclaycard that were focused on emerging markets.
