    Oxman brings two decades of technology and policy experience to ETA, the global trade association representing more than 500 financial and technology companies in the electronic payments industry. He joined ETA from the Consumer Electronics Association, owner of the International CES�, where he served as senior vice president of industry affairs. Previously, Oxman served as general counsel of a technology industry trade association and as vice president of a Silicon Valley-based technology company. Oxman also worked at the Federal Communications Commission to develop and implement technology and broadband policies. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Maine Supreme Court, and he is also a former broadcast journalist. Oxman received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College, and his M.S. and J.D. from Boston University.

    Debra Rossi is an executive vice president at Wells Fargo and chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Wells Fargo Merchant Services, LLC. Rossi is responsible for the overall business strategy and management of Wells Fargo Merchant Services, which provides payment services for retail and corporate customers and processes more than $200 billion in payments annually.A 28-year veteran of Wells Fargo, Rossi has held multiple leadership roles across the company, including Merchant Services, Business Internet and eCommerce Payments. She is responsible for leading many of the payment innovations that are commonplace today. Under her guidance in 1989, Wells Fargo launched the first point-of-sale debit and credit solution for grocery and quick-service restaurants in the United States. In 1995, Rossi led Wells Fargo to be the first bank to process a secure credit card transaction on the internet.�In 2001, she was named one of the year�s �Most Influential Executives� by Future Banker magazine. In 2011, Rossi was the first woman to receive the Electronic Transactions Association�s highest honor, the Distinguished Payments Professional Award. For three consecutive years (2011-2013), she was included in a group of Wells Fargo executives named as a �Top Team� by American Banker.�Rossi currently serves as president of the Electronic Transactions Association and is on the board of the Girl Scouts of Northern California. She was a board member at John F. Kennedy University and a member of Visa�s Acquirer Council, Visa�s U.S. Risk Advisory Committee, the Discover Card Advisory Council, and the San Francisco Financial Women�s Association. Previously, Rossi served on the board of directors of Maestro, Star and Interlink, and was a member of the MasterCard Acquirer Advisory Council.Rossi graduated with honors from Ohio University.
