Todd has a strong background within the Collection and Debt Purchasing Industry holding top IT leadership positions at several large debt buyers and has performed over 800 security assessments in the asset receivables industry reviewing debt settlement companies, collection law firms, agencies, and other vendors to our industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer for Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. While at AACC, Langusch performed third and fourth party vendor reviews on over 300 companies and found 98% of them NOT compliant with all applicable laws and standards. More importantly, the majority of these third parties had passing audit reports or had passed reviews by Creditors, Banks or other financial institutions. Langusch also was part of the AACC CFPB readiness team and worked with over 12 CFPB auditors during Q2 of 2013.Langusch is an Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA), PCI Approved Scanning Vendor (PCI ASV) and a HITRUST CSF Assessor to name a few of his auditing credentials. He is also, an ACA International Certified Instructor, member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
