Jeremy has over 18 years of experience in consumer lending and collections. He has managed the consumer loan collection efforts in various capacities at Arvest Bank for the last 14 years. During that time the bank has grown from $2.5B to over $15B in assets. Over the last eighteen months he has overseen the transition from a decentralized to a centralized collection environment, with an emphasis on improving compliance throughout the collection cycle. He oversees early stage through post charge off collections for consumer direct and dealer lending as well as small business commercial credits. Bankruptcy, repossession, foreclosure, loss mitigation, third party collections and vendor management are among his responsibilities.Prior to joining Arvest Bank he was a general manager for used automobile dealership specializing in sub-prime/in-house auto financing.Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.

Philippe Benitez is vice president of business development at Gemalto, where he leads regional development efforts to increase card revenue for financial institutions through mobile payments, EMV and other services. Prior to Gemalto, he worked with Schlumberger in Paris.

Thomas Good has thirty years of prominent legal, business and regulatory experience.� Highlighting his experience, Mr. Good has served as General Counsel for: SquareTwo Financial Corporation (2006 - 2014) and Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation (2004 - 2006.).� Mr. Good is a two time graduate of the University of Michigan).

Anita is a Director in ACG�s Roundtable practice and brings more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry working with the some of the leading global financial institutions across a number of industry sectors. She currently manages a number of ACG roundtables including the Compliance Roundtable which consists of more than twenty of the largest credit card issuers. Prior to joining ACG, Anita spent nearly 14 years at JPMorgan managing large institutional client relationships, strategic planning, developing marketing strategy for a multibillion dollar line of business and launching new products. Her experience has also included management roles at AIG and Oppenheimer Capital. Anita has served as the client expert across these organizations to develop solutions for complex issues across multi discipline areas that includes legal, technology, finance, products and operations.�Anita earned a BA from John Jay College, CUNY and received an MS from The New School for Public Engagement, Milano School for International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy.

Julie Paulina is the Vice President, Client Enrichment for Capio Partners, one of the largest healthcare debt purchasers in the country and has been employed there for 6 years. Her responsibilities include: maintaining all Capio house accounts, liaison between operations, sales, marketing and customer service, contract negations, and RFP support. Prior to Capio, she worked for Portfolio Recovery Associates as Associate Vice President, Healthcare Acquisitions, where she came on board build their healthcare debt purchasing program. She also worked as Marketing Manager and interim Executive Director of the Foundation for Bon Secours Health System in the Hampton Roads area.
