Vince Hruska is Senior Vice President of Product Strategies for City National Bank, where he manages strategy, development, delivery and pricing of bank products and services serving individuals, private clients and businesses, including deposit, consumer lending, small business lending, residential lending (mortgage and home equity), cards (credit, debit and pre-paid), payments, international and other banking services. Leading a team of product professionals, he is responsible for rate setting and fee pricing, profitability, business case development and internal sales of new product development initiatives. Vince formerly was SVP and manager of online banking and internet based services serving small businesses to corporate multi-nationals at Bank of America. He also founded and led a technology and payments developer and consultancy that served firms in the banking, entertainment and technology industries.� He started his career at First Interstate Bank and later Wells Fargo, where he led the electronic commerce, payments and internet based activities of those firms serving small business to large corporate clients.
The focus of Angela Finn�s 25 year career in the card payments business has been on the development and delivery of products that produce bottom-line results for her company.� She has held a number of positions in both card issuing and merchant acquiring, leveraging valuable knowledge of bank and processor technology gained along the way.� As Manager of Debit & Prepaid Products for Commerce Bank, Ms. Finn manages all phases of the product life cycle and oversees the implementation of payment innovation, such as Apple Pay and EMV Chip.� She holds her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, and is a graduate of the CBA/BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
Laura Labno is a Senior Vice President at MB Financial within the Risk Management area.� Laura joined MB Financial in 2010 to establish an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. �Responsible for designing, implementing and managing an ERM framework that identifies, monitors, and reports on the various risks across the bank, enabling an integrated view of collective risk. This entailed coordinating established risk programs and management teams to create an integrated process and methodology across all areas of the organization.During her tenure, Laura was called upon to develop the risk management program for the Prepaid Card business, including leading the development of policies, procedures, monitoring and tracking of performance for Board and management level of reporting.�� Under Laura�s leadership MB Financial has established a successful risk management structure for the Prepaid Card business, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.� Laura�s focus is always on ensuring business strategy and plans are met, and that the risk/reward trade-off produces a win-win for all parties.Laura started her career in retail credit risk management for private label retail and general purpose credit cards, including JC Penney and Discover.� She expanded her risk management expertise within the Corporate Risk Management area at HSBC.Laura earned a Master�s in Business Administration at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, as well as a Master�s and Bachelor�s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with an emphasis in statistics and social research.
Peter is VP of Payment Strategy & Industry for Enterprise Payments at Capital One, responsible for directing payments strategy and industry relationships within the company. He has over 15 years of experience in the payments industry and a deep understanding of the payments industry, including rules and regulations around payment networks, types of payment systems and technologies, and how such systems work.Peter has industry experience in both e-commerce and digital payments, and his expertise includes payment system designs, hubs, payment networks, product and risk management and payment strategy. He has his Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation and provides leadership in many industry forums, such as SWACHA�s Board of Directors, FRB Fifth District Payment Advisory Council, ABA Payments System Committee and NACHA.

Shannon Johnson is responsible for consumer deposit products and payments including product management as well as mass market and client acquisition strategy development.�Ms. Johnson joined SunTrust in May of 2013.� She previously served in a variety of program and product leadership roles with PNC and National City including consumer checking and rewards, university & workplace banking, business banking specialty sales, consumer market research, and retail marketing. Prior to joining National City, Ms. Johnson was a consultant with McKinsey & Company �in Cleveland, OH and Dublin, Ireland where she served clients in the retail and banking industries.Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude where she majored in chemistry and environmental studies.� She also holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
