    Jennifer Lucas is Head of Consumer Payments Strategy for SunTrust Bank. Jennifer is responsible for leading the SunTrust Enterprise Payments Council and setting the vision for the future of retail and enterprise payments and advising the business on payments related activities.Jennifer is a 20 year veteran of financial and digital banking services. Prior to SunTrust, Jennifer was an executive at Bank of America responsible for digital commerce and emerging payments. In this role she helped form the bank joint venture, ClearXChange, LLC, a payments network enabling mobile and email money transfer services. Jennifer has extensive background in a variety of payments from credit card strategy, to check image processing, as well as ACH and debit card services. Early in her career, she helped implement one of the first financial services websites and managed one of the first merchant e-commerce products.Jennifer graduated from Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business. She also holds an MBA from The University of North Carolina Belk School of Business. She is currently represents SunTrust in The Clearing House on the Secure Digital Board and Executive Advisory Board for Real Time Payments as well as The Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force.

    Nancy works for GTE Financial, a not-for profit Credit Union in Tampa, FL, as the Vice President of the Technology Solutions Division.� Recognized as a vital and innovative financial institution, GTE Financial is a mid-sized credit union and is home to a select team of information technology specialists under her management direction.� Prior to GTE Financial, Nancy was part of the Information Technology Leadership team at BECU, a large credit union in the Pacific Northwest.� Nancy has continuously focused on top quality project and information technology leadership for successful solutions that range in size from the very large (multi-million) to smaller system upgrades.�� Nancy sat on the Project Review Board at BECU, as well as numerous special industry groups (SIGs) in the software industry during her career in technology.��A graduate from Seattle University’s Leadership-Executive MBA and the Executive Leadership Program, she implemented a program to educate victims of domestic violence on essential life skills training.� Nancy continues her involvement with community issues and has served on the Boards of multiple non-profit organizations in the greater Puget Sound area of Washington State as well as the Tampa Bay region in Florida.� In addition to joining the Board of TBTLA in 2014, Nancy is also mentor in the Florida Academy of Finance Mentors serving the Pinellas County School District, an Advisor with the BETA magnet program for students at Gibbs High School in Pinellas, as well as an avid supporter and serving on various committees for the Tampa Bay Crisis Center.�Nancy currently lives with her family near Tampa, FL.��
