Mark Wallrapp joined Facebook as Director of National Accounts in October 2008. �He has been primarily dedicated to "Performance Marketing" servicing a range of clients across multiple industries. Prior to joining Facebook, Mark was at Yahoo on their Global Accounts Team. �Mark currently manages the West Coast Financial Services Performance Marketing Team. �

Manav Gupta is vice president of issuer products at Verifi, Inc. Manav Gupta joined Verifi, Inc. (www.verifi.com) in 2015. Prior to joining Verifi, Gupta was director of business products at PayPal, responsible for the Resolutions and Protections platforms and the Voice of the Customer initiative. Prior to PayPal, he spent five years at Visa focusing on eCommerce Merchant Strategy.

Tim Erlin is vice president of product management and strategy at Tripwire and has over 10 years’ experience in addressing cybersecurity issues in organizations of all types. He is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and frequently advises corporations and government agencies on cloud security management.

Ulf Mattsson is Chief Technology Officer of Protegrity. He created the created the architecture of Protegrity�s database security technology, for which the company owns several key patents. His extensive IT and security industry experience includes 20 years with IBM as a manager of software development and a consulting resource to IBM�s Research and Development organization. He specializes in the areas of IT Architecture and IT Security.

Since 2009, Virginia has held several key leadership positions supporting organizational structure and operational effectiveness including; SVP Small Business Sales Support, SVP Enterprise Client Services Executive and SVP Sales Performance Executive. Currently as Chief of Staff, Virginia oversees card brand and network relationships, project management for the organization, as well as the workplace and facility group.Prior to joining Bank of America Merchant Services, Virginia was with First Data Corp from 2007 to2009 as SVP of Relationship Management and Bank Sales in their RSA group. In this role, Virginia created and led a new relationship management organization responsible for revenue growth and retention among mid-sized merchant clients, as well as leading First Data�s RSA bank relationship and sales teams for the western region of the United States.Virginia also worked for more than 20 years at American Express Co before joining First Data.� In her last six years with American Express, she was an executive in the Global Corporate Services group. As Vice-President and General Manager, she led an organization responsible for the corporate management of a group of Fortune 500 companies as well as Fortune 100 companies within the international portfolio. Virginia also spent 17 years in the Establishment Services Group as a Vice-President and General Manager along with a variety of other sales and relationship management positions, building her� expertise in the payments and financial services industry.Virginia earned a Bachelor�s degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University in Athens.

A former Marine Corps Naval Aviator flying the AV-8B Harrier, John Jensen is currently a senior executive at Bridgeforce, a specialized multi-national consulting firm that solves complex problems for companies involved in consumer and/or small business lending and payments. John is experienced in operations management of retail and mortgage collection centers, technology management, and default credit risk.� Prior to joining Bridgeforce, John has served as a Senior Operations and Risk Executive in various capacities with Washington Mutual, KeyBank and TD Bank N.A..� John earned his M.S. in Operations Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Mitchell Young is Senior Director at Neustar, where he oversees the Collections, Financial Services, Call Center and Data verticals.� Mitchell has been at Neustar for 11 years helping companies leverage real-time identity data and analytic insights to improve operational efficiencies and manage risk and compliance.� Prior to joining Neustar, Mitchell was the Senior Director of Risk at TARGUSInfo, where he built two separate, multi-million dollar vertical markets.� Mitchell has an undergraduate degree from Penn State and an MBA from New York University.

Manuel Newburger defends collection industry members and consults on compliance issues in the U.S., Canada, India and the Philippines.� An adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law and a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, he has repeatedly been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer.
