    Laurent Cremer has held the position of Executive Director of OSPT Alliance since its formation in 2011. In this time he has driven awareness of the alliance, secured partnerships within the public transport ecosystem and engaged new members to join and contribute to the work of the body. Within his role Cremer liaises directly with the OSPT Alliance Board and members to coordinate and implement its strategic vision. Singer supervises all of the Department of Justice�s work under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).� Under Ms. Singer�s leadership, the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section has produced settlements that are expected to provide over $200 million in monetary relief for servicemembers and will ensure, through powerful injunctive relief, that the nation�s five largest mortgage servicers implement new procedures to prevent active duty servicemembers from being foreclosed on improperly or from being charged excessive interest rates.� She also supervised the Department�s $60 million case against Sallie Mae for excessive student loan charges to servicemembers, and the Department�s $9 million case against Santander Consumer USA for unlawful auto repossessions against servicemembers.� She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1990.
