Vanni is a Principal with Oliver Wyman and a member of the firm’s Retail Banking and Payments practices in the Americas. �He specializes in corporate growth strategies and value proposition design, in retail banking broadly and in payments specifically.Over his 10 years of consulting experience, Vanni has worked with retail banks, payments service providers, and large merchants in North America, EMEA, and Asia. �He has supported networks, merchant acquirers, and issuers develop strategies to address growth challenges and drive transformation. �He has helped merchants rethink and redesign their payments-related value propositions, both in terms of acceptance and private label/ co-brand portfolios. �Additionally, he has helped banks and private equity firms better understand the rapidly shifting FinTech landscape, particularly as it pertains to payments innovation – most recently following the evolution of Bitcoin and other digital currencies.Vanni holds an M.S. in Business Administration, graduating with honors from Bocconi University, Italy.

Jose Delgado is a senior vice president and manager of Distribution Strategy at Bank Of Oklahoma Financial.� Delgado joined BOK Financial in August of 2011 as COO of TransFund.Delgado has been in the financial services industry for 25 years having previously worked for Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and FiServ where he worked in ATM Operations, strategic planning and international consulting on CRM deployments.Under Delgado�s leadership, BOK Financial is developing a multi-year plan to expand and synchronize distribution within the BOK Financial 8-state footprint.��Delgado earned a BSBA from Saint Louis University in May of 1990 and is a registered Six Sigma Greenbelt.

David Iacucci, CPA, is a Director and Audit Team Leader at American Express. David is responsible for leading operational, compliance, and technology audits over prepaid cards, fee based services, system development, and new product approval. He also led an audit over American Express' U.S. EMV migration plan. Previously, he was a Senior Auditor within the Risk Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he performed financial statement and technology audits as well as third party assurance reviews. David has a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.

Sievert began his career as a broadcast journalist in radio and television, and was a sports reporter and columnist at the Houston Chronicle. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in journalism.

For more than 25 years, Rahul Gupta has identified opportunities and driven growth in the financial services and payments industries. He currently serves as Group President of the�Billing and Payments Group at Fiserv, Inc. His responsibilities include oversight of Biller Solutions and Output Solutions businesses as well as the development of the NOWSM Network, which connects consumers with banks and businesses to help deliver smart payments in real-time.Prior to this role, Gupta was Group President of the Digital Solutions Group with primary responsibility for electronic payments and digital channel portfolio of products. He also served as President of the Card Services Division, where he was responsible for card-based solutions, including ATM/debit and credit processing; the ACCEL/Exchange� network, now the Accel� network; and UChoose Rewards� loyalty program as well as bank and private label credit processing products.Prior to joining Fiserv in 2006, Gupta was president of U.S. Operations for eFunds Corp., a leading payments and risk management solutions provider, and held executive and senior management positions at i2 Technologies, Summit Marketing Group, Fidelity Investments and Price Waterhouse Management Consulting.

Chris Uriarte is chief payments officer for the Vesta Corporation. He has also held executive positions at American Express and Retail Decisions.
