    Signe-Mary McKernan is a national wealth-building and poverty expert with nearly two decades of experience researching access to assets and credit and the impact of safety net programs. She co-directs the Urban Institute�s Opportunity and Ownership Initiative and published the book Asset Building and Low-Income Families with Michael Sherraden. She advised the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in setting up a first-rate research unit. Before joining the Urban Institute in 1999, she was lead economist on credit issues at the Federal Trade Commission. She has been a visiting and adjunct professor at Georgetown University. Her research has been published in books, policy briefs, reports, and refereed journals. She has testified before Congress and been cited in media outlets such as the New York Times, Washington Post, Forbes, and Time Magazine. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University.

    Andrew serves as the COO and Founder of Final. Final is a new credit card that drastically reduces payment fraud and gives consumers total control over their merchant relationships.     Brad is the Global Product Head for Citi�s corporate and public sector Prepaid Cards business. Brad was an early member of the product management team at Ecount, a pioneering prepaid cards and electronic payments company that was acquired by Citi in 2007. Brad has held senior product roles in the US, EMEA, and LATAM, and has lead the innovation around new payment flows that have fueled Citi Prepaid�s tremendous growth since the acquisition. A competitive triathlete, Brad recently qualified to represent Team USA at the 2015 Triathlon Age Group World Championships. Brad has a BA in Spanish Literature from Kenyon College in Ohio.

Carey serves on the Board for OLO.com and previously Nearbuy Systems.Carey has more than 20 years of diverse experience in financial services and technology consulting at companies such as UBS Warburg, Waterstone Consulting, Windomar Financial and Divine InterVentures. Carey is regularly featured on FOX Business and CNBC, and she is often quoted in leading publications like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, Mashable, Fast Company, and more.In 2015, Carey was named �Most Influential Women in Payments� by PaymentSource. She also won PYMNTS�� �Woman in Payments to Watch� Innovator award that honors those who have shaped the payments industry.Carey earned a B.S. from the University of Indiana and is a graduate from the Executive Program at Stanford University.
