    As Senior Vice President for Customer Segment Growth and Engagement within U.S. Cards Marketing team, Nick Gambale leads the Marketing and Communications for the EMV Chip migration across Citi Branded Credit Cards.� Through innovative marketing across multiple customer touch points, Mr. Gambale has helped Citi reach a leadership position in the US with the majority of the Citi Branded portfolio being chip enabled by end of 2014.� Additionally, Mr. Gambale is responsible for existing customer initiatives, including digital engagement, for Multiple Relationship Customers.� Nick is also the Recognition Chairperson for Citi�s Long Island City Campus.Mr. Gambale has a deep expertise in customer relationship strategy and credit card marketing with the delivery of customer driven programs across Credit Cards and Retail Bank.� Under Mr. Gambale�s leadership, these programs deepened customer engagement and affinity and led to higher sales, net promoter scores, and profitability.Mr. Gambale has 15 years of experience in Financial Services with past roles at JP Morgan Chase and Auriemma Consulting Group. He joined Discover in August of 2014. Prior to that, he was in private practice with Jackson Walker LLP and represented financial services firms in consumer litigation, primarily in Texas.
