    Debra Stabile is a Managing Director and the Chief Risk Officer for Citi Retail Services, the Citi business that provides consumer and commercial credit card products, services, and retail solutions to national and regional retailers across the U.S. Ms. Stabile joined Citi in 2005 after three years with D&B, the commercial information services company. There she established and led the Global Decisions Sciences group responsible for providing commercial analytic and modeling services to major companies globally. Prior to joining D&B, Ms. Stabile spent 12 years at American Express. During her tenure at American Express, Ms. Stabile held a number of Risk Management roles of increasing scope and responsibility, both for the consumer and commercial businesses. Her last role there was as Chief Credit Officer of their Consumer Charge Card business and head of the Underwriting Committee for North America Cards.Ms. Stabile has a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also possesses an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

He joined NAFCU, which represents the interests of the nation�s federally chartered credit unions, in February 2007.Pat was previously the executive director of the Washington-based International Committee for Information Technology Standards, an accredited standards development organization and the leading developer of global information technology standards, and the secretary-general of the International Federation for Produce Coding.He began his association career in the financial services arena as the executive vice president of the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents, where he was the chief executive officer and directed the association�s operations and lobbied on behalf of the association�s members before the Kansas Legislature and state and federal agencies.Pat began his professional career as an officer in U.S. Marine Corps, came to Washington, D.C., in 1986 with the prestigious Presidential Management Internship Program, and subsequently worked in legislative affairs for both the Secretary of Defense and U.S. Senator John Warner of Virginia.     Michael Thurman is a Los Angeles-based trial attorney who defends lawsuits, arbitrations and regulatory actions brought against businesses and their executives and employees. He regularly represents business clients in consumer protection class actions and government regulatory actions and investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state regulators, and counsels clients in various industries on advertising and marketing issues. Mr. Thurman advises businesses and makes presentations regarding compliance and risk management issues, including supervisory and enforcement developments associated with the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), which was created by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. He has represented numerous securities brokerage firms and registered representatives in litigation and arbitration actions, as well as regulatory matters brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) - formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) - and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has also prosecuted and defended employment and general business litigation matters, including representing financial services clients in employee non-competition agreement and trade secret misappropriation declaratory and injunctive relief actions.Mr. Thurman previously served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Wedbush Morgan Securities, managed in the Los Angeles office of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and was a litigation partner for the law firm of Keesal, Young & Logan.
