    Paula Darling�s experience spans a career of 25 years in Risk and Asset Management, Portfolio and Collections Management, and the Analytics and Technology areas. In her role as VP of Acquisitions and Due Diligence at GE Capital, and as Chief Operating officer at EduCap, she was responsible for meeting financial goals, portfolio reporting, analytics, bond reporting, and portfolio performance. She is a veteran in the Business Intelligence field with vast experience building scorecards and employing predictive modeling for producing the strongest and most successful results. Paula brings all of her skills and strategic acumen acquired from her leadership positions to Mined Systems to produce results for clients both strategically and tactically.

    Molly McCombe is Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for Citi Retail Services, which provides consumer and commercial credit card products, services, and retail solutions to retailers across the U.S. and Canada, servicing millions of accounts for brands including Best Buy, ExxonMobil, Macy's, Sears, Shell, and The Home Depot, among others.Molly was previously Executive Vice President for Strategic Marketing Services of HSBC's Card and Retail Services division leading all online marketing and marketing operations.Molly holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Scott Miles currently serves as Director of Operations Process and Strategy at Dell Financial Services (DFS) in Round Rock, Texas. DFS is a leading provider of private-label financing to Dell customers ranging from consumers to large corporations around the world. Scott has extensive experience in Operations, Risk Management and Finance through his work at DFS, Citi Cards and Associates Financial Services. He holds a BBA in Economics from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

    Chuck Dreyer has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is Senior Vice President and Director of Sales at Citi�s Enterprise Payments Payments Solutions. His responsibilities include developing new co-brand credit card partnerships with leading brands throughout the US, and working across Global Cards to facilitate international co-brand opportunities. Additionally, Chuck is responsible for establishing marketing alliances that leverage Citi�s card portfolio assets to advance a partner�s growth goals. Prior to joining Citi in 2012, Chuck served as SVP of Affinity and Co-Brand Sales for Bank of America for 7 years, and was Senior Vice President-New Partner Business Development at The Kessler Group in Boston for 14 years.

    Kent Hattery has over 20 years of experience in the credit card industry and currently serves as a Managing Director for First Bankcard. �Under Kent�s leadership, First Bankcard has experienced significant growth in their co-branded and financial institution partnership business and on-boarded prominent partnerships on each of the four payment networks. �Partnerships to Kent�s credit include the Chrysler Corporation, Orvis, Overstock.com, New York Life, LaQuinta Inns & Suites, Alitalia Airlines, and Sport Chalet. �Prior to joining First Bankcard in 2010, Kent served as Managing Director at Alliance Companies, LLC where he oversaw new client relations and launched their consulting services division. �He also has worked in business development at Kessler Financial Services developing international markets and served as Senior Vice President at Youth Media and Marketing, Inc.

    Dan Morrell began his treasury career in 1999 at Walgreens as Treasury Analyst. In 2001, he joined Boeing Company and served in many roles including global treasury operations and foreign exchange as well as alternative investment management for their pension fund. In 2009, Dan rejoined Walgreens as Director of Finance.Dan currently serves as Assistant Treasurer for Walgreens and has responsibility for strategic and financial leadership in all areas of corporate treasury including corporate finance and banking, capital markets, global treasury operations, merchant services and financial services. Dan graduated from the North Central College with a Bachelor�s degree in Finance, minoring in Mathematics. He earned his MBA from DePaul University. He also holds the CTP accreditation from the AFP.
