    Andrew Gates is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for RewardsNOW and has over 10 years experience in the loyalty industry. Currently Andrew directs the strategic growth initiatives for both the local and national merchant funded programs at RewardsNOW. Before joining RewardsNOW, Andrew was the Managing Director for Affinity Rewards and worked closely with several major loyalty program providers to help devise their strategy to penetrate the affinity market.     Patricia F. Kemp, Venture Partner,�joined Oak in 2002. She currently focuses on investments in the financial services technology industry.Patricia currently serves on the Boards of Bonds.com and Kuaipay. Patricia works closely with several of Oak�s portfolio companies including Acculynk, Bonds.com and Vesta. Some of Patricia�s past portfolio activity includes Argus Information & Advisory Services (acquired by Verisk Analytics), Harbor Payments (acquired by American Express), Point Carbon (acquired by Thomson Reuters), and TxVia (acquired by Google).Patricia�s history includes over 11 years of senior management experience at Cendant (formerly CUC International). At various times she was responsible for the marketing, operations, or general management of a variety of direct marketing credit card affinity programs, the Entertainment Publications subsidiary, and the Welcome Wagon and Getting to Know You subsidiaries.
