    Andrew Hetzler is a Benefits Consultant at American Exchange, a company specializing in individual health insurance policies on and off of the Federally Facilitated Marketplaces. Graduating from Appalachian State University in 2009 with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance, he began his professional career at J. Smith Lanier & Co., one of the largest insurance brokerages in the country. Working in account management for a group employee benefits broker, he was introduced to the financial strain and frustration that the group health insurance market was placing on small businesses, prompting a move to American Exchange in 2013.�

    Jim Brocklehurst was appointed Executive Vice President, Retail Banking at FirstMerit Bank in July 2010.� As the head of consumer banking Jim has oversight of: Retail Branches, Customer Contact Center, Mortgage Company, Bankcard, Facility Optimization & Operation, Workplace & Design, Retail Risk & Operations and Retail Sales & Strategy.� He joined FirstMerit in July 2006 as Senior Vice President, Retail Sales Manager before his current move as Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking.� Jim came to FirstMerit from JPMorgan Chase where he served as Senior Vice President, Retail Market Manager.�Jim began his banking career in 1989 in Branch Management, Indianapolis, IN.� From 1995 to 1997, he assumed the position of Assistant Vice President, Retail District Manager.�� From 1997 to 1998 he was Vice President, National Sales Development Manager in Columbus, OH, from 1998 to 2002 Vice President, Retail Investment Market Manager in Indianapolis, and from 2002 to 2003 was promoted to Senior Vice President, Retail Market Manager in Cleveland and Indianapolis from 2003 to 2006.In 1987, Jim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.� In 2011 he was elected to the Executive Board of Junior Achievement of North Central, Ohio and chairs the Board Development Committee.Jim and his wife, Laura, reside in Medina, Ohio with their three sons, Connor, Reid and Benjamin and daughter, Kayla.
