Jason Woosley serves as the Vice President of Product Development at Volusion, Inc. located in Austin, TX, with responsibility for product management, software development and user experience, directing the product roadmap definition and execution against roadmap milestones. he�holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from MIT�s Sloan School of Management.

Mike Urban is the director of financial crime risk management solutions at Fiserv, the global financial services technology company with more than 14,000 clients including banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and other institutions.

Mrs. Scott Wells is responsible for all Collection & Recovery Operations as well as Strategic planning for the Consumer Banking Division at Pioneer Financial Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank.� Pioneer Financial Services has provided financial education and services exclusively to the military for more than 25 years.Kristen has nearly 20 years of business experience in collections, operations, consulting, business development and asset sales. During her career, she has led a number of key departments and initiatives, including collections and recovery, business development, strategy and innovation, relationship and vendor manager. �She previously served as Vice President - Recovery Operations (UMB), Director � Enterprise Accounts (American InfoSource) and Vice President � Asset Sales (Citi).Kristen currently serves as the Treasurer for the Parkville Vikings Football and Cheer Organization and has performed volunteer work with the United Way and MOCSA.� She is a recipient of the President�s Volunteer Service Award.When not working, Kristen enjoys completing obstacle races, 5k runs and attending sporting events with her husband and 4 children.

Curtis Lynch is the Vice President of Card Operations at UMB Financial responsible for managing Collections, Recovery, and Fraud Operations for the Payment Card Solutions business.� Prior to joining UMB in 2013, Curtis was with Citigroup for 14 years where he had key responsibilities in the areas of Collections, Recovery, Finance, and Commercial Underwriting for Citi Cards and Citi Retail Services.�Mr. Lynch earned his bachelor�s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a MBA from Baker University.

Mrs. Walker is the Senior Vice President and Director of Default Servicing and Collections for First Tennessee Bank / First Horizon National Corp.� Dianne�s career with First Horizon spans over 15 years with expertise in Banking Operations, Consumer Loan Origination, Project, and Product Management.� In her current role, she manages the Consumer Default processes including, Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Short Sale.�� Prior to entering the banking industry, she spent 11 years in distribution sales and was responsible for development and tactical implementation of marketing strategies for a leading beverage distributor.�Dianne is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association and presently serves on the Default Management Committee. �
