Hugh is responsible for the development and management of the Credit Sector and Solutions group at IXI. The Credit Sector helps clients leverage IXIs proprietary data to identify cost effective and lucrative credit solutions across financial services including credit cards, mortgage, home equity, auto and consumer finance operations. Hugh is also responsible for the development and on-going management of partner relationships with credit industry leaders to test and analyze IXIs proprietary data and provide IXI services to their clients. Prior to joining IXI, Hugh worked with eFunds Corporation as a Director of Major Accounts with responsibility for domestic and international business development for the companys CitiGroup and American Express relationships. Previously, he was an account executive with Fair, Isaac and Company working with C-level executives in finance, information technology, and strategic sourcing. He also worked as a Global Account Leader with Acxiom Corporation and a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Consulting Group at Ernst & Young. Hugh has a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne (Australia), Post Graduate studies in finance from the New South Wales Institute of Technology (Australia), and is a Senior Associate, with the Australian Institute of Bankers.
Roger Carney is vice president of the collections team at Genpact, working to help clients in the industry improve operational performance and generate better business results. He has over 20 years of global experience working in operations and business development leaderships roles for collections and contact center businesses, serving clients in both the U.S. and abroad. Roger joined Genpact in 2010 after holding leadership positions at iQor, SITEL and National Action Financial Services (NAFS, acquired by SITEL in1996). While at SITEL as president of collections, he led the team through several expansions that resulted in consecutive year over year growth. As COO of Offshore Services for SITEL, Roger developed and implemented the strategy for SITEL to expand and restructure their offshore footprint and delivery model. Serving as senior vice president with iQor, he worked with key customers in operations and business development. Today, Roger leads Genpacts collections operations within the Americas, working closely with the global practice teams and business development leaders to design and implement solutions that not only overcome market challenges, but optimize processes to help clients reach their business goals.
Mary McDowell is President and Chief Executive Officer for CitiFinancial North America, and OneMain Financial, where she oversees 10,000 employees and manages the 1600 branch network with operations in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, as well as Citi Assurance. In this role, she is responsible for managing the CitiFinancial and OneMain Financial franchises, and leading key strategic initiatives. Mary joined Citi in 1991, serving as Chief Financial Officer for American Health and Life (now CitiAssurance), CitiFinancial, CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, and Citicorp Trust Bank. In 2003, Mary was named President of CitiFinancial Auto. Beginning in July 2006, she served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for CitiFinancial North America, with responsibility for managing the operations of the branch network. She was promoted to President and CEO of CitiFinancial in April 2007 and later gained responsibility for Citi Assurance. Prior to joining Citi, she spent 11 years with Ernst & Young, serving clients in the financial services industry through audit, tax and consulting services including due diligence for acquisitions. Mary is the Chairman of CitiFinancial Credit Company. She is Chair of AFSA (American Financial Services Association) for 2010-2011. During this term, she presides over the AFSA Board and Executive Committee meetings, serves as an ex-officio member of all AFSA committees, and represents AFSA at industry and association-sponsored conference and meetings.
