    Alicia Moore is a senior vice president and head of Wells Fargo ATM Banking.� Moore joined the ATM Banking group in 2000.Under Moore�s leadership Wells Fargo has accomplished many �first�s� including being the first large bank to have all web-enabled ATMs, to have a �talking� capability at all sites, pilot envelope free, deploy bulk check deposit ATMs, set preferences for customers automatically, deploy a depository to handle cash and check deposits at the same time and most recently, the first to offer an email receipt option.Wells Fargo leads the industry with one of the most innovative ATM networks in the United States with over 12,000 ATMs.Moore started her career at Wells Fargo as a teller 23 years ago. She then served in various store management roles.� After working in the retail bank stores, Moore managed centralized communication, process and procedures for stores, and led the business group in designing and launching a new, more efficient teller system known as TellerVision and a banker tool known as Store Vision Platform.�Moore earned a Bachelor�s of Science in Business Management and an MBA with a Technology Management emphasis from University of Phoenix.

    David Pauken is CEO of Convoke, which provides its customers with a debt registry and secure repository for the storage, access, and bi-directional mobility of data and documents.Dave began his career at Andersen, and then served as Chief Accounting Officer for Snyder Communications.� Dave went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Washington Redskins, and then as the President and CEO of Eka Systems, a leading smart grid technology company.� Dave completed the sale of Eka to Cooper Industries in 2010, just prior to joining Convoke.Dave also serves as Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association Servicing Transfer Workgroup.

    Stieger, a 30-year veteran of association management, has spent the last nine years leading the California Association of Collectors (CAC), the nation�s oldest and largest statewide association representing the needs of third-party debt collectors. CAC is the state affiliate of the ACA International. As CAC�s Executive Director since 2001, Stieger was responsible for the full range of operations including all financial management, publication of a 48-page journal, the establishment of the association�s non-profit foundation and representing the membership�s needs in front of the state Legislature. A Certified Meeting Planner, Stieger previously served in roles with the California Optometric Association and the California Pharmacists Association.

    Alan Weinberg recently retired after being an attorney with Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA for 39 years. He was a Partner of the firm for 35 years and the the firm�s Managing Partner for 17 years. The firm has 10 offices covering 7 states with 1000 employees with a focus of providing full service creditor representation. He received a B.A. magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa in Mathematics from Boston University in 1971 and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1974. After graduation from law school he served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army and was a Distinguished Graduate of the Army Finance School. He is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court of Ohio, Northern and Southern Districts. He is member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is certified as a Creditors� Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification and was appointed Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General from 2003 to May, 2012. He has been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers from 2004-2013 and is an AV Preeminent Peer Review rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He currently serves as a Board Member for Care Alliance and is the Chair of its annual fund raising event, Let�s Talk Turkey. He has served Care Alliance in both capacities for the last 14 years. He was the Co-chair of the Case Western Reserve University Law School Alumni Annual Fund and a member of the Visiting Committee for the John Marshall Law School at Cleveland State University.

    Brad Dey has extensive experience in the collections industry, with 10 years at Capital One and 5 years as an independent consultant, working with many of the largest issuers, debt buyers and agencies. While in Recoveries at Capital One, Brad interacted with many companies through his work on agency sourcing & management, debt sales marketing and internal auditing. Brad created the Triangle Report, a comprehensive collector productivity tool impacting both agency management & collector performance. Brad is Principal of Second Order Solutions, a consulting group focused on large scale initiatives for issuers, such as legal strategy and network performance management. Brad is also CEO of Dey’s End Consulting, a consulting company focused on smaller operational initiatives like near-shore offerings, letter strategy and collector productivity. Brad holds a B.S. in Journalism & Marketing from the University of Richmond.

    Mr. Barton has been CEO of 2nd Order Solutions, a credit risk advisory firm, for three years since he founded it. 2OS has created game changing Collections and Recovery improvements for clients across asset classes, in both the US and the UK. He has led numerous best practice assessments of credit risk practices. Prior to founding 2OS, he was CEO of Axiant, a US based Collections and Recovery firm. Prior to that, Mr. Barton ran Risk Operations for Capital One, where he was responsible for all aspects of Collections and Recoveries performance, including strategy, analytics, Operations management, systems, data infrastructure, and debt sales, and was one of twelve Senior Credit Officers in the company.He has a BA in Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
