    Douglas King is a Payments Risk Expert with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Retail Payments Risk Forum. Since joining the Bank in January 2011, Doug’s work has been primarily focused on risks associated with card-based and emerging payments in light of a rapidly changing payments regulatory environment. Prior to joining the Bank, Doug worked with the payments consulting firm, Edgar, Dunn & Company. At EDC, he provided strategic guidance to clients across the payments value chain, including global card networks, card issuers, processors, and merchants. Doug has experience with multiple payment types and product areas, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, person-to-person payments, and mobile payments. Prior to receiving an M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Doug developed and led the investment research group for an institutional investment consulting firm.

    Starting in 1996 when the IBERIABANK had only 26 branches, Don Ledet has been taking advantage of market dynamics for 16 years and has helped grow the institution to nearly 200 branch locations in six states. In Don's current role, he is the executive vice president and director of retail support services for this nearly $12 billion dollar financial institution.

    As Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer, Chris leads strategic initiatives for LevelUp including card and bank partnerships, carrier and technology partnerships, and international expansion. Prior to joining SCVNGR, Chris led sales, marketing and business development teams at Rightmedia Yahoo!, Informatica and salesforce.com. As SVP of sales at Informatica, he saw the company through its NASDAQ initial public offering; later at salesforce.com he led the Eastern U.S. and Canadian sales teams through its NYSE IPO. During his tenure as VP of worldwide sales at RightMedia, the company was acquired by Yahoo! for $860 million.

    Donna McVea works for First National Bank Omaha. She has been with the company for 36 years. Donna has worked in Card Operations/Personalization for a majority of this time. Donna serves as Secretary on the Datacard User Group Board. She worked with Visa and Mastercard to get approval to do edge to edge color printing. First National Bank was the fist bank to receive the approvals to issue plastics in this fashion in 2004. Now First National Bank has this technology in their branch banks Instant Issuing debit cards in 11 locations. First National is now working with a retail outlet instant issuing cobranded credit cards.

    As Assistant Treasurer for CVS Caremark Corporation, responsibilities include overseeing agreements, authorization and settlement processes for all forms of consumer payments at over 7300 retail locations and 4 mail order facilities. More than 30 years of experience in developing retail payment strategies that leverage technology and are both cost and time effective. Consistently participates in a variety of advisory associations and boards in order to continue developing improved consumer payment strategies. General responsibilities include control of all bank depository accounts, check authorization/collections, private in-house charge accounts as well as the MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PIN Debit relationships. Additional responsibilities include direction of all Business Continuity Functions as well as control over several non-merchandise consumer facing revenue initiatives such as ATMs, CoinStar, Copiers, Lottery and Slot Machines.

    Leo is the Founder and CEO of GoPago. He is responsible for defining company strategy, partnerships and alliances, and sales. Prior to GoPago, he was responsible for the global software sales relationship with IBMs marquee technology customers; some of which include: Intel, Cisco, HP, Oracle and eBay. In this role, he led a globally distributed sales team, which consistently exceeded sales expectations, while expanding IBMs position as the leading provider of Rational software solutions that power the development of software applications. Prior to IBM, Leo held various leadership positions during his tenure at PTC (a leading provider in Product Lifecycle Mgmt Solutions), which spanned across development, marketing, sales and services organizations. His responsibilities were focused on helping companies optimize their product development process. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and MIS at Kettering University in Michigan.
