Blake Barker is a Senior Director with TSYS, a global financial services company based in Columbus, Georgia. He is responsible for the Card Services Division, which provides card products and personalization services to TSYS global client base. With 15 years of related industry experience, Mr. Barkers primary responsibilities include: managing day-to-day operations, setting strategic direction, and business development for the division that comprises more than 250 employees. Mr. Barker also has oversight of the sales and implementation of new and existing products for TSYS Card Services. He began his career as a machine operator before moving on to various leadership roles within the organization.
Richard Rodriguez is the Chief Executive Officer and President at National Creditors Connection, Inc (NCCI). Mr. Rodriguez attended Long Beach City College and Rancho Santiago College with emphasis in Business Administration. Prior to founding NCCI in 1992, Mr. Rodriguez gained his experience in collection working for various companies such as: Montgomery Ward, Crocker Bank and Capital Credit Corporation. In 1983 he joined ORCO State Employees CU then St. Josephs CU and managed the Loan and Collections Departments. He also performed sales and marketing presentations to field of membership companies, for both credit unions. In 1989, he joined Professional Image Services, where he managed the Sales and Marketing area for their field operations for both Orange and San Diego counties.Mr. Rodriguez went on to establish NCCI in 1992. He has strategically and successfully led NCCI from a local Southern California business presence, to a West Coast business presence, to the nations premier field service firm of today. Mr. Rodriguez is a current member of the California Credit Union Collectors Council (CCUCC), Northwest Credit Union Collectors Association (NWCUCA) and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where he is currently serving on the Executive Board. He is also an active member of the Stewardship Committee at the Salem Lutheran Church in Orange, California where he and his family are current members.
Kathryn is the COO and a co-founder of Kabbage and has spent the last 12 years in the consumer credit and payments industry with a focus on strategic planning, product development and new markets.
