    Mark Hutchins has been in the ARM industry for over 11 years and is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Acquisitions at Asset Acceptance LLC, a leading publically traded debt buyer. Mr. Hutchins has held several different roles at Asset Acceptance spanning over a 9 year time period including AVP of Legal Operations, overseeing arbitration, outsourcing & Legal & Pre Legal Collections. Mr. Hutchins was also the owner of Catalina Consulting which provided consulting services to the credit & collection industry for 3 years. Prior to joining Asset Acceptance, Mr. Hutchins held varying positions of responsibility in the Credit and Collections area for Ford Motor Credit Company. Mr. Hutchins has a BA in Material Logistics and Marketing from Michigan State University, and a MBA in Management and Information Systems from Wayne State University. Mr. Hutchins has been in the collection industry since 1999.

    Michelle Bottomley is the chief marketing officer at Barclaycard US, the payments business of Barclays in the United States. She is responsible for all of Barclaycard US marketing efforts and initiatives, including oversight of brand development, the digital customer experience and corporate communications. Prior to joining Barclaycard, Michelle was with Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, where she served as Chief Operating Officer at Ogilvy New York. She spent 11 years at Ogilvy and OgilvyOne leading key targeted marketing initiatives on behalf of American Express, Barclays Global Investors, Cisco Systems, DuPont, Sears, AFLAC, Continental Airlines and Yahoo!. Prior to her time at Ogilvy, Michelle was vice president-Database Marketing at Epsilon. Before that, she served at Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now Digitas). She began her career as a business analyst in the corporate research department at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston. Michelle holds a BS in Biology and a BA in Economics from Northeastern University.

    Ms. Moore has more than 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing. She has overall responsibility for NCO’s bad debt collections operations, including several domestic and international contact centers. Her role includes overseeing all non-healthcare bad debt consumer portfolios, interacting with clients, conducting ongoing developmental training for supervisory and management staff, motivating personnel, and attending conferences for continuing educational training. She joined NCO in 1986 and has served in her current position as Senior Vice President of Operations since September 2000. She ensures all quality standards are met at these standards. She has helped grow existing portfolios in the financial services division and continues to increase market share by ensuring outstanding performance. Ms. Moore is a member of the American Collectors Association.
