Val Greer joined Citi Cards in September 2011. In her role as head of Co-Brand Partnerships she has oversight of existing co-brand programs Hilton, Expedia and AT&T as well as new partner co-brand strategy across Citi Cards. Prior to joining Citi, Val spent 6 years at Chase where she was General Manager, Partnerships responsible for the P&L, new product development and partner relationship. Her previous role at Chase was Senior Director, Business Development with overall responsibility for the consumer and small business co-brand and private label business development strategy and growth. Before Chase, Val spent 17 years with HSBC, most recently as Executive Director, Private Label Business. Val was a member of the executive leadership team and was on the Credit Risk and Investment Planning Committees. Prior to that Val held a diverse set of roles and led a variety of business assignments in Canada and the U.S. Val earned a Bachelor's degree from University of Manitoba and a MBA from Northwestern.
David Cherner serves as Corporate Counsel in ACA Internationals Legal and Government Affairs Department and Director of State Government Affairs where he oversees ACAs state legislative and regulatory agenda. David graduated from Marquette University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
