    Steven Fuld has been Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Card Marketing &Services Company (CMSC) for Sony Corporation of America since June 2009. Mr. Fuld oversees all aspects of the Sony Card business, as well as the Sony Rewards Program, in the United States and reports to Robert Wiesenthal, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Sony Corporation of America and EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of Sony Entertainment Inc.CMSC collaborates with and provides capabilities and expertise to other parts of Sony to assist them in increasing customer loyalty and brand preference, and driving incremental sales. During Mr. Fuld’s tenure, CMSC has introduced a significantly improved credit card program utilizing Capital One and Visa, closer collaboration and additional loyalty clubs with Sony’s sister companies, enhanced marketing capabilities, and a merchant-funded rewards program.Prior to joining Sony, Mr. Fuld served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President at The Kessler Group, a privately owned financial services firm based in Boston specializing in partnership development, credit card marketing and portfolio acquisitions, for 10 years. During that time, he was instrumental in launching and managing three separate and diverse businesses for the company, including its credit card portfolio acquisition unit, its insurance practice and, most recently, its capital business.Before that, Mr. Fuld spent seven years at companies now part of Citigroup, in marketing, finance and business development roles.     Glen Sgambati oversees all aspects of Early Warning Services’ data, including information security, data acquisition, predictive analytics, quality and compliance. He joined Primary Payment Systems in 1996, helping to transition the company into Early Warning. He has more than 19 years executive experience in financial services and risk management including product management, project management, information security, data acquisition and analytics disciplines. Before joining Early Warning, he was in senior management with Wells Fargo Bank (First Interstate) and JP Morgan Chase (NBD Bank). He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Detroit and holds Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designations.

    J.C. Gunnell is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Estate Information Services, LLC (EIS) located in Columbus, Ohio. J.C. was one of the original founders of EIS, and is a dynamic, strategic business leader with an exceptional track record of growing EIS into a highly profitable business. J.C. is a confident decision maker who integrates structural analytical techniques and experience to optimize business results. She has a proven ability to apply technology appropriately and lead the execution of projects successfully. J.C. has a reputation in the collection industry for innovation and creative problem-solving. She brings more than 26 years’ experience in the legal collection and probate service industry to EIS. Prior to opening her own agency, J.C. was employed over ten years as part of the senior management team for one of the largest creditor representation law firms in the country. During her tenure there, she developed, marketed and oversaw a multi-million dollar department in the specialty collection division of the law firm. She currently serves on the Ohio State board of directors for the Red Cross of Columbus, Ohio, is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Leaders, and takes an active role in the American Collector's Association. J.C. currently sits on several industry-related boards. She helped to start the Ohio chapter of "Taking Care of Tots", which is a charity organization specifically working with homeless and underprivileged children and their needs, has been an active member of the Scholarship Committee for Capital Law University, and has been involved heavily with the Ohio Women’s Hall of Fame Association. J.C. graduated with a B.A. from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas an M.Ed. at University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, attended Georgetown University where she received her paralegal degree, and went on to earn a J.D. with honors from Capital Law University, Columbus, OH.

    David Ingram is the Senior Director of Collections Marketing at Experian, He joined Experian in 2007. Prior to joining Experian, Mr. Ingram served as the Director of Operations for BCA Financial Services, based in Miami, Florida, overseeing operational activities for $400mm+ in active inventory. Mr. Ingram also served as the Manager of Operational Support for Americall Group, Inc/SR Teleperformance, a Paris-based company that is the largest outbound dialing organization in the world. Prior to that, Mr. Ingram served as the Director of Support Services for Machol & Johannes, P.C., a large collections law-firm specializing in purchased debt. Mr. Ingram started in this industry as a systems engineer, specializing in telephony and networking infrastructure. He holds several technical certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Networking Associate and others for Predictive Dialing platforms such as Davox, Voicelink and SCS Softswitch. David attended several colleges in Arizona and Colorado for his undergraduate studies but graduated with his BA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Mr. Ingram has participated in and spoken at industry trade shows such as Debt Connection Symposium (DCS), NARCA, ACA International, Ontario’s Debt Management, Akcelerant User Conference and the California Creditors Bar Association.

    Cristian deRitis is a director in the Credit Analytics group at Moody's Analytics, where he develops probability of default, loss given default, and loss forecasting models for firms and industries; contributes to forecasts and analysis for CreditForecast.com; and writes periodic summaries of the consumer credit industry. His commentary on housing and mortgage markets, securitization, and financial regulatory reform often appears on the Dismal Scientist web site and in the Regional Financial Review. Dr. deRitis’ recent consulting work has included an evaluation of the efficacy and cost of the federal government’s Home Affordable Modification Plan, and he is frequently consulted on credit risk modeling and measurement as well as housing policy. He helped develop the company’s models to forecast the Case-Shiller and FHFA metropolitan house price indices and is a regular contributor to the firm’s Housing Market Monitor. Dr. deRitis also gives frequent presentations and interviews on the state of the U.S. housing, mortgage and credit markets. In his previous work at Fannie Mae, Dr. deRitis supervised a team of economists who developed models of borrower default and prepayment behavior. He has published research on consumer credit and credit modeling as well as on the costs and benefits of community mediation. He received a PhD in economics from Johns Hopkins University, where he focused on the impact of technology on labor markets and income inequality. His bachelor's degree in economics is from the Honors College at Michigan State University.
