Tom Jordan is director of product development and sales solutions for TransUnions collections business unit. Mr. Jordan is the subject matter expert and consultant for all collection-related opportunities, helping customers maximize efficiencies within their operations and quantify their return-on-investment with TransUnions product offerings. Mr. Jordan joined TransUnion in 2008 with an extensive background in receivables management. He previously served as Vice President, Operations for Convergys Corporation residing over all their international and domestic collection centers. Mr. Jordan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Working on both the client- and agency-sides of the desk, Toms experience gave him the opportunity to pioneer highly-targeted, highly-personalized marketing and customer communications programs. While based in the UK, Tom also spearheaded all credit card marketing for Advantas joint venture with The Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2001, Tom was honored with the prestigious Philadelphia Direct Marketing Associations Direct Marketer of the Year Award.
Alex is responsible for managing the debt sales for Wells Fargo & Company. He markets transactiotions for the majority of the Wells Fargos consumer businesses with the exception of Mortgage. Alex joined the company in 1993, accepting a position in Treasury Services. He later accepted a position with Wells Fargo Financial Resources, which extended his responsibilities to corporate development with respect to new markets, mergers & acquisitions, and new product resulting from acquisitions. He began his current responsibilities in 2005.Alex was raised in Chicago, Ilinois and received a bachelors degree in business from Boston University and a masters of business administration from The University of Iowa. Alex serves on the board of Elim Christian Fellowship Church and the Family Selection Committee of Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity.

In this role, he leads the management, development and commercialization of payment solutions that create a sustainable competitive advantage for MasterCard and its customers. The Core Products group is responsible for Consumer Credit and Debit, Cardholder Solutions, Commercial, Prepaid, Loyalty Solutions and Access Prepaid Worldwide.Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Murphy was president, U.S. Region, where he was responsible for all aspects of building MasterCard�s business in the United States.Mr. Murphy also served as group executive of Customer Business Planning and Analysis where he was responsible for business planning, financial analysis and reporting, global pricing strategy, sales development and technology investment management. Previously, Mr. Murphy was senior vice president and associate general counsel for MasterCard.Before joining MasterCard in 2000, Mr. Murphy was an associate in the New York and London offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, an international law firm.Mr. Murphy graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and magna cum laude from Amherst College. Prior to Encore, Brian was SVP of Business Development at Genesis Financial Solutions, one of the nation�s leading specialty originators and servicers of consumer receivables. He also served as President of Genesis Lending Services, which provided loans to students attending for-profit career colleges. Brian received his BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College, completed graduate work in Economics at Oregon State University, and completed the General Management Leadership Program at Columbia Business School.
