Previously an investor Hank says it was Earthport’s unique offering in the payments market and huge growth potential that made him want to become more involved and lead the company to success.Before joining Earthport, Hank focused on investments in technology, financial services and payments with an emphasis on cross-border business models. Until April 2004 he was the Chief Operating Officer at Citadel Investment Group. Hank previously spent fourteen years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a partner and co-Chief Operating Officer of the technology division.“I believe there’s no other company like Earthport and that it’s a positive disruptive force in the industry,” says Hank. ”What really excites me is that through Earthport we’re creating not another brand but a new industry.”Hank graduated from Williams College, Massachusetts with a BA, Magna Cum Laude. Given Earthport’s global reach, Hank divides his time between the New York office and the London headquarters.

    Kelly Wilson is a Principal in the Financial Services Advisory practice of Ernst & Young where she focuses on a broad spectrum of banking, payment, strategy, marketing, and sales enablement engagements in financial services.Kelly’s background includes more than 25 years of experience in both consulting and industry roles.� Prior to Ernst & Young, Kelly was a Strategy Partner with Accenture and held CMO and SVP leadership roles at Wells Fargo, McKesson, Blue Shield, McCann-Erickson, and Paradigm Management Services.�Kelly’s holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Yale University.�Kelly lives in Orinda with her husband and three children.� Her hobbies include reading, hiking, art, and watching an abundance of television.

Bringing over 20 years of experience to the role, Lance’s priority is to lead customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, innovation scenarios, key improvement opportunities and other sources of incremental economic value.Prior to joining SAP, he spent over 20 years in the banking and finance industry working for industry leaders like JP Morgan Chase and PNC. Most recently Lance served as the Virtual and Digital Client Experience Manager for Associated Bank were he was instrumental in the startup of the virtual banking and digital client experience division. Lance’s experience in banking includes executive management roles in retail, contact center, corporate, mortgage, and wealth management.Lance is married to his wife Caryn of 18 years and lives in Northeast Ohio. He is very active in his community mainly through coaching his children Dominic and Isabelle’s athletic teams.Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as being a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Associates Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
