Mike Cook is the vice president and treasurer for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mike has held various positions within Wal-Mart's corporate finance department, information systems division and financial services department since joining the company in 1993. He has been instrumental in numerous Wal-Mart initiatives and is a member of the Corporate Finance Committee.Mike began his career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (a division of the U.S. Treasury Department), where he participated in safety and soundness examinations and compliance reviews of nationally chartered banks. In 2005, he was appointed to a three year term on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board. Mike was elected and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Council. He is a member of the Merchant Advisory Council for MasterCard Worldwide and the Discover Network; as well as a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri and resides in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife and two daughters.

Steve Streit founded Green Dot Corporation in 1999 and is viewed as both a pioneer in the financial services industry and as a passionate advocate for the unbanked and underserved communities. He has been recognized for numerous industry awards, including the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Southern California and the Prepaid Industry Leadership Award in 2008. Steve focuses his philanthropic efforts on children in need.In 2009, Mr. Streit founded Patti's Way, a 501(C)(3) charitable foundation providing grants to single mothers and their children. He is also a longtime volunteer mentoring LA County Foster children and is a benefactor to the LAPD�s Hollenbeck Police Athletic League and was awarded the organization�s 2010 Humanitarian Award.

Doug has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and is based in Chicago. He was previously Vice President of Sales for Arrow Financial Services, a division of Sallie Mae (the student loan giant). His focus is primarily on purchasing a wide range of receivables in the U.S. and Canada. As one of the nation's largest debt buyers, Arrow is engaged in many different asset classes and with large lending institutions. Prior to joining Arrow, Doug worked for GC Services and directed their sales efforts for pre and post charge-off outsource programs. Doug also has extensive management experience with TRW, which is now known as Experian.

Rozanne M. Andersen is widely recognized for her advocacy work on behalf of the collection, debt purchasing and financial services industries but equally acclaimed for her expertise in association law, corporate governance and general counsel services. She earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983 and her B.S. from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Association Executive, a certification offered exclusively to qualified individuals tested by the American Society Association of Executives. Andersen was named by Minnesota Lawyer magazine as Attorney of the Year for 2004 for excellence in providing in-house legal services. In February 2007 and again in 2008, she was profiled as one of the "5 Women You Should Know" due her positive impact on the financial services industry. In 2009, Rozanne was honored once again by a leading industry trade organization as an �Industry Champion� for her �hard work to improve the intertwined worlds of collections, credit and debt buying. Andersen�s 14+ years� experience as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and CEO of ACA International, along with her experience as the Director of Federal and State Government Affairs has established her as an expert within the credit, collection and debt purchasing industry. She is routinely quoted and featured by media organizations including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, CNN, ABC News, NBC News, Fox News Channel and others. Andersen is currently the VP of Compliance and Government Affairs for collection software provider Ontario Systems.Rozanne currently serves as Ontario Systems� Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Business Development.� Her expertise keeps Ontario Systems on top of the constantly changing legal and regulatory environment, ensuring products and services help clients comply with the broad spectrum of state and federal requirements. She has successfully led the company�s efforts to bring Ontario Systems CFPB Consulting Services, Consumer Complaint Resolution Program and its comprehensive Compliance Management Systems to the market place.
