    Aaron Caldiero is a Senior Data Scientist in the Security Analytics Department at Zions Bancorporation. As a Data Scientist, Aaron performs data mining, statistical modeling, and analytics on Zions� Security Data Warehouse (Hadoop cluster). Using the tools of Data Science Aaron builds, implements, and maintains risk models for fraud and malware detection. Aaron has over 8 years of experience in the Analytics and Financial Services industries. He has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State.

    Mark Vitner is a managing director and senior economist at Wells Fargo, responsible for tracking U.S. and regional economic trends. Based in Charlotte, N.C., he also writes for the company�s Monthly Economic Outlook report, the Weekly Economic & Financial Commentary, and provides regular updates on the housing markets, commercial real estate, regional economies, and inflation.Mark joined Wachovia (then First Union) in 1993. Before that, he spent nine years as an economist for Barnett Banks in Jacksonville, Fla.Mark�s commentary has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and many other publications.Originally from Atlanta, Mark earned his B.B.A. in economics from the University of Georgia, an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida, and has completed further graduate work in economics at the University of Florida. He also completed the National Association of Business Economics (NABE) Advanced Training in Economics program at Carnegie Mellon University.Mark is a member of the National Association of Business Economists and co-founded its Charlotte chapter, The Charlotte Economics Club. He serves as a distinguished lecturer and practitioner at the University of Georgia. He is also a member of the American Economic Association, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and the Charlotte Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mark currently chairs the economic advisory committee for the Bond Dealers of America. In addition, Mark serves as the chief economist for the North Carolina CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is a member of the Blue Chip Economic forecasting panel and was recently named one of the 2009 North Carolina Power Players, 50 most powerful people in business, by Business Leader magazine. Mark currently serves on the Joint Advisory Board of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

    Martin Roussel is Executive Director, Small Business Banking for Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI). With 20 years of North American and European Small Business Banking experience, he is currently responsible for 15 markets within the CIS, CEE and SEE region. In the last five years, he has helped RBI build one of the most successful SME franchise in East Europe. Mr. Roussel began his career with the Business Development Bank of Canada where he gained expertise in the area of credit, sales & distribution, treasury, strategy and enterprise risk management. Prior to Raiffeisen, Martin was Head of Risk Management for VISA Desjardins in Canada, a major credit card issuer with �10 bio assets under management. His team focused on designing and executing profitable quantitative strategies with regards to acquisition, credit lines increases and fraud management.Martin holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and an MBA from University of Cambridge in the UK. He is a CFA chart holder since 2001. In his free time, he enjoys photography and teaching finance.

    Nathan Taylor concentrates on assisting clients in managing consumer information, including customer and employee information, and developing procedures, practices, and other solutions to comply with complex privacy and information security laws.Mr. Taylor has significant experience advising clients on compliance with various federal and state privacy and information security laws. He regularly advises clients on issues related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (�GLBA�), including, developing privacy policies and advising on affiliate sharing and affiliate marketing issues. He also advises clients on a wide spectrum of information security laws, including the GLBA and state safeguards and security breach notification requirements and state Social Security number laws. In addition, he advises clients on matters related to security breaches, including complying with consumer and state regulator notification requirements.Mr. Taylor also handles matters related to consumer financial services and the regulation of financial institutions. For example, he advises clients on general banking issues, including matters related to consumer financial products and services and compliance with Regulations E, II, P, V and Z.Mr. Taylor received his B.S. degree from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, cum laude, in 2000. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2003, where he was a Notes Editor on the Virginia Law Review.

    Leo D’Acierno has two decades of experience managing and consulting to banks, brokerages and other financial services firms. Most recently, he served as a partner in the financial services practice in the New York office of Bain & Company. Mr. D’Acierno founded the bank consulting and information services firm PriMETRIQ in 2003 and later merged it into financial services specialist Novantas, where he led the distribution and sales practice and helped clients maximize the effectiveness of their investments in branch networks, professional sales forces and electronic channels. Mr. D'Acierno previously served in senior executive roles at TDAmeritrade, the online brokerage firm, and Kinexus, a provider of portfolio aggregation services to private banks and wealth management firms. Mr. D’Acierno began his career at BoozAllen and Hamilton, where he served as a partner in the financial services practice working with global banking, credit card and asset management clients. Mr. D’Acierno holds an A.B. in History and Economics from Harvard University.
